I can understand wanting to maintain a schedule but that level of inflexibility for someone who had been a loyal patron for years is not endearing. They were closed for 4 days for Christmas but again phones and office door said nothing about when they would reopen and then emergency on call number told me this location didn't exist and left me with no advice ! When I finally reached someone they offered him a week away until i complained!
