The designer was later let go/or quit and then my experience became worse. Cabinet sizes were wrong and cabinet style were wrong. They never checked the blueprint to get the right cabinets installed. Communication with the owner, Joe, was awful. He was basically yelling at me about the timing of finishing install. it was a HUGE cluster that should've taken 2 weeks instead it was 2 months. The bookkeeper kept hounding me for payment and I had to keep telling her that I wasn't going to pay anymore towards the project until it was finished. The installer(s) didn't;t clean-up after themselves, either Lack of professionalism , Bullying and high costs should be enough to keep anyone from using them.

That is why I signed the contract over another company giving me 10 sheets free and 60.00 a sheet there after.. John said he'd beat the estimate with whatever the amount of sheets to do the job. They knew my roof was over 32 or more years old. They were aware of the condition. They skimped. They never cut out the openings in the sheathing on one side for the ridge vents to vent my attic. The other side is very minimal at best. They also placed shingles over a row of the ridge vents to allow proper ventilation. I have no ventilation for my attic now. They were drinking alcoholic beverages on the job and a workers leg went through my living room ceiling. Over a month later it's still NOT fixed. They improperly installed a boot where one of my major leaks were. They killed most of my plants and left a mess. Nails and wood pieces throughout my yard. My neighbor got a nail in his tire. They broke my spigot in the rear of my house and failed to tell me. I found out when the main water valve was turned off and we had no water. The Soffit and Fascia job is still not finished and what they did install is horrific at best. They cut the fascia aluminum around a satellite dish bracket that was supposed to be removed. They removed the satellite dish and now you can see where they cut around it. There are openings where critters have access to my attic. They never installed the gutter apron I paid for per the contract. I was trying to get someone to come and fix the roof per the contract stipulations, but I was ghosted. I never heard back from anyone, but I received a bill from them via email wanting the rest of the total paid. They have not completed the job nor have they fixed my roof per the contract. They failed 2 inspections by the City of Tampa. I contacted The Mayors Office and made a complaint. I am also contacting the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations and filing a complaint to conduct an investigation. As well as, the Better Business Bureau. I am a 58 year old Retired Disabled Law Enforcement Officer with a Terminal Lung Disease, Pulmonary Fibrosis. I also have Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis and COPD. I explained to them I needed the rotted compromised decking removed because of my lung diseases. I got into my attic to see what kind of mess my family would have to clean up from the cuts in the sheathing for the ridge vents and there was barely any wood chips or saw dust. Because they did not Install everything per Owens Corning Directions which WILL VOID OUT MY WARRANTY. I will have no WARRANTY. I am also contacting Owens Corning and advising them of the situation. I don't understand why they don't stand behind their word and advertisements. I only hope that no one else has had a shoddy roofing, Soffit and fascia install like mine. I hope everything has had a roof installed by this company have someone come out and look at their roof install and go over the contract with what was supposed have been done. I am not asking for any less or anything more.. just a roof install done professionally and per the contract. As well as the Soffit and Fascia. I'm sure that while they were consuming alcoholic beverages it played a role in how they installed my roof. I honestly do not even know if everything was installed correctly or installed at all..per the contract. They finally got a hold of me and want to send an engineer out to look at the job. Their engineer. Justin Dover said to get the inspection passed. He actually said they could get up in my attic and use a Dremel to make the openings for the ridge vents. I advised him the sheathing is rotted and they had a hard time with a saw. It's all jagged where they tried to cut the sheathing. I asked him why no one came out to go over the job? Chad eventually showed up to listen to my complaints and said he would send a crew out, send out another trailer for the trash. Oh yeah!! He even said they would throw in gutters for the issues I had. I told him to just fulfill the contract. He left and ghosted me.They also installed ABC Synthetic Underlayment instead of Rhino Synthetic underlayment per the contract. They also breached the contract by not using Pro Hip and Ridge shingles for the ridge vents. The shingles they used are aesthetically unappealing to the eye. They are jagged where they cut them and they cover the vents in the ridge vents.

I went online to find a contractor to replace our kitchen cabinet doors. I found Gulf Coast Kitchens and noted the very high ratings (all 5.0) and read the reviews. Based on those encouraging findings, I called Gulf Coast Kitchens and arranged for Dave to come over and assess our situation. We were immediately impressed by his assessment of our cabinetry and what he could do to upgrade our kitchen. This involved both replacing some of our cabinetry and some of the doors on cabinetry that was still in decent shape. Dave provided us with a plan and reasonable cost estimate for doing the work, and we hired him to proceed. He gathered the necessary cabinets, doors and other materials, and he and his associate, Chris, spent several days at our house replacing and modifying our cabinetry. He was very helpful with design suggestions and was able to give us an estimate that allowed us to work within our budget. Alyssa then helped us to find a granite for countertops and a sink and faucet that, again, fit our budget. Chad and Carlos did a fantastic job with demolition and installation.
