Pros: Arrived on time at 8 AM Saturday (I said the wife was in a hurry). Completed the work in 3 hours for the exact price he estimated (so unlike most Florida Contractors). Cleaned up everything including the dirt I accidentally brought with the handcart I had covered with a rug. Made sure I inspected that there were no leaks, damage, etc. The wife is ecstatic!!! Cons: He lives 40 miles away! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Most unusual find here in Florida. Yes, my wife is a Fort Meade girl and I was an Army brat so I have watched and used a variety of craftsmen and "contractors" over 1/2 half the world so I know what I am talking about.

I was looking for someone to do a "move in" cleaning on a home I just purchased that had been in foreclosure. She gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment. When the interior painting was going to take longer than expected, Breginia was flexible and moved our previously scheduled appointment to 2 days later. Breginia & her team showed up on time and ready to work....unfortunately, the guys installing the appliances in the house did not. They were making a mess in the kitchen (including excessive dust from cutting granite), making the simultaneous cleaning pointless. Since I was moving in the next afternoon, Breginia rearranged her schedule to come back herself the next morning to finish the cleaning before I moved in. I couldn't believe that- I was SO thankful. Between the 2 days, they did an amazing job- cleaning baseboards, getting rid of all the dust, shining my new appliances, and making the bathroom sparkle. She took extra care with my hardwood floors- steaming and polishing them till they glistened. She also worked with me on price, considering the moving budget I was on. Brittany, the owner, was very optimistic on a two day organizing and deep clean schedule. We worked beyond our contract time, but I was eager to get organized and with frequent breaks for me so I could deal with the excessive papers. We got the majority of the high traffic rooms completed: kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. Today I had a follow-up general cleaning on those areas. Brittany has a crew, but the scheduling has only allowed one person to help clean. Even with the power outage, we got the areas up to date and cleaned. I look forward to my next general clean in two weeks. Brittany is very thorough and wants to leave the area clean. Her product leave the house smelling fresh and I have had no allergic reactions.
