Then they constantly didn't do things correctly (we paid for double shelfs in closet they tried to do single, we paid for tile in closet they didn't bring tile for it, we told them due to bad knees I needed a bigger bench paid for the bench they did it wrong then wanted more to fix it, they missed plugs I had to get on to them for months about, they did the fence not how they said they would then tried lies about it being police yet 3 in the same area they did like they said they would for mine) it's just constant delays and excuses. Sales team are great building crew not so much.

He found 3 areas on my roof that were leaking. I have inside damage as well. I do not recommend Perry Roofing - they talk a good talk but the follow through is not there!
