I tried to contact him 4 times to find out what was going on and when we could get our windows cleaned with him and he didn't respond. We were honestly very shocked, bc when he came over and gave us the quote, he was very nice and said he was eager to do the job. Based on our experience, I'm just not sure the service is reliable if you're in a rush to get your windows done. In our case, we had an upcoming condo showing and were hoping to have the windows cleaned within 2 weeks. If John is reading this, we'd love to find out why he never showed. Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked.
