This is a terrible landscaping company. Hired David to put in a irrigation system and create a new lawn. He put down plenty of soil set the seed and fertilizer and when the grass started coming in spotty and Yellow, Dave would not correct it without charging more to correct it. When I brought up the fact that I paid him $5000 for just the lawn and he promised me green grass. It came up spotty, yellow and totally incomplete when discussions happened. Dave became confrontational. I recently hired a different landscaper who had expressed that the original job was done very poorly. I now have to spend thousands of dollars to try to grow the grass again stay away from this company. read more

I have used Paradise Landscaping for several years. They have taken down more than a couple of large trees removed all the branches and trunks and ground down the stumps. They cut and cleaned a large area that was overgrown with brush and vines giving me an additional 1200 sq ft to my back yard. Let me tell you that Dave and his crew tackled this monumental task professionally. Again removed all the stuff that was cut and left the area pristine. Currently I am using this service to clean the gutters on my house. They are also trimming two large hedge rows approximately 200 feet in length and several feet wide that border my property on two sides.They are also trimming some vines and branches that are growing over a stone wall that borders the rear of the backyard. In each case the all debris was raked and removed. I recommend Dave's Paradise Landscaping if anyone has need of yard work from lawn maintenance to tree and brush trimming or removal. I should have known better. I hired Paradise Landscaping to cut down two trees in our backyard (one large and tricky) because of great reviews, competitive quote, and local. *I had to chase Dave up to come up with a plan and to communicate with me after we had already signed the contract and paid the deposit. *Day 1 of the two day job, guy up in the bucket tying and cutting limbs was DRINKING BEER. Discussed with Dave who called me a lair and said I was unreasonable from the beginning. He later apologized when he found empty beer bottles and talked with his guys. Minor damage to our fence and some close calls. *Left wood in neighbor's driveway overnight even though I asked him to make sure they could use their driveway by the end of the day. *Day 2 job- beer drinker did not return. Job completed. Left entire lawn badly damaged, much of which could have been prevented. Seemed like they did not care since contract stated not responsible for lawn damage. Also left oil stains in our driveway and one neighbor's driveway. read more

I have had the worst experience with Paradise landscapers!! They cut my lawn all through the month of May, just an okay job!! Edging was never done, as was discussed, sometimes did not blow. Towards the end of May, I had asked that the grass be cut a tad shorter, they lowered the bed the next time too low and literally had it to the dirt in some spots and missed some completely. It was the worst mow completely uneven. I called Dave and he came out the next day to fix what he could, the right thing to do. It has been very dry thru June, grass has burnt up. I had been looking at it weekly. Taking my weed wacker out to hit a couple of the high crab grass spots near my beds and edged the yard along the driveways and walkways, I did this twice thru June - as I have been noticing it has not been cut, but that it's been too dry to cut and that way okay, thinking Dave did just what we discussed in the beginning that they wouldn't mow if it didn't look like it needed it. I just got a bill today, stating 4 lawn mows, and that never happened. Now he is arguing with me, saying they mowed it yesterday between 11-12 when I was home. Never happened!!! Just because they drive up and drive away, doesn't give this business the right to charge someone regardless. No mows, just dishonesty. Pick someone else!!! read more

terrific and neat and clean!!! the job was so well done we were amazed ! and "gary" the guy who went up the trees so high we were praying he wouldn't fall - and he was stupendes... did such a good job cutting the tall trees and the two helpers were so wonderful and did such a good job cleaning up everything .. if you need someone to help with your yard work in cutting trees you must call "dave" at "paradise landscaping" both my husband and i were again were so amazed!!! michael & cecile read more
