Earlier in the day around noon I was told by your associate Steve that my husband benefits would not cover some of the cost. I mentioned if he could hold on to the glasses and sunglasses I can find out and come back. He agreed. My husband did call Great West Life. He was told because I am covered under insurance but not for glasses that the eye place will have to fill out manually for their portion. Showing my insurance to zero. Approximately 1:30pm.. while waiting for Steve serving another customer. Another associate Lisa; I asked her does Pearl Vision manually fill out forms and be faxed in to the benefits provider ? She said absolutely they do. I approached Steve and mentioned what I just typed above. His first response was what? We don't do that anymore. When would we get the money? I said well your associate at the front says you do. He then mentioned we don't have manual life forms. I said ok but it's for great West Life. Oh that means I have to look for the form then? Think we might have some. He went to the back. Came back with nothing. Decided to go on line to see if he could grab the forms from great West life. I said ok great. He searched then faced me and said sorry no forms. You would have to pay everything upfront then maybe you would get your share back. I said why is this being such a difficult transaction. Because it's too much of a headache for me to do that's why. So he's basically stating his customers that have a bit more work to get the benefits working it would be not good for him to do? Brilliant customer service I might add. This man represents you. We as customers pay his bills. He surely demonstrated poor quality of your company and I will surely hope he will be addressed accordingly. I have been a customer there for a long time. Buy one and get one free glasses was a great deal. Too bad you lost out on $625.00. I did grab my prescription back from the pile he had to the side Not impress at all

Phoned and spoke with him and he told me it was not my business how he booked his client and some clients have to wait much longer. He didn't care that we have jobs, kids to pickup and that you had to book the appointment around your other duties in life. Exceptionaly rude and arrogant man! KingstonOn/Cataraqui Mall has terrible service. I ordered 2 new pair of glasses. Got an email…read moresaying they were ready to be picked up. When I got there only one pair was there. Ten days later I stopped in to see if the other pair had arrived, but they had not and the staff had no idea where they were so they re-ordered them. Two days after that I got a message saying my glasses were in. When I picked them up they said this was the 'original' pair but when the re-ordered ones arrived I could just have them, which I did appreciate. I got an email over the weekend saying my glasses had finally arrived. I drove there this morning only to find out that they had re-ordered the wrong glasses. I have no idea if they're going to try and re-order the correct pair but at this point I will probably not go back to get them, even though they're a 'free' pair of glasses. I do not live in Kingston and it takes me 35 minutes to get there. I've now already driven there several times only to leave very, very frustrated.
