The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional, they will continue their own personal conversations at their desk while customers are waiting in their lobby to be seen. I have attempted to call their business number for two months straight leaving multiple voicemails to schedule an appointment, they do not answer their phones during business hours and they do not return calls or messages. The employees that work their front desk are incredibly rude, they blame their lack of professionalism on personal problems that have occurred outside of work that have nothing to do with the business. The front desk staff will misquote your services, HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I was told an exam was one price and when I retuned just a few months later to schedule, the same employee told me it was $10 more than what was previously discussed. After asking the employees why I hadn't received a call back after attempting to get ahold of staff for scheduling for TWO months, the employee insisted I was lying and requested to see my cellphone call logs to prove that I had actually called their business number business. While visibly upset over the experience I was receiving from the employees at the front desk, they laughed in my face and told me to leave. While sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to the doctor that owns the practice after receiving such terrible service from the front desk staff, the staff continue to speak at me discussing their person problems out loud. To make matters worse, while I was there, I overheard two separate incidents where other customers were dealing with your company's inability to deliver their glasses with all the paid-for services. The office staff seemed a tad rude, all over the place and kinda unorganized.. they didn't even handle patient sign in well.. They forced me to stay on site in my car (the office smelled of weird chemicals and a nurse was wearing odious perfume I'm allergic to) while he was in prep, then surgery and all through recovery.. they could not give any updates over the phone as they said they would. Their phone etiquette skills are lacking and they are overall very unorganized.. my husband mentioned the staff seemed very rushed with every patient, unorganized and not attentive. They also messed up the billing multiple times and that had to be corrected.. I don't recommend going here for laser surgery- or anything.

A wonderful way to go into a dream like manner throughout the operating procedure. The main professional and fantastic eye surgeon is Dr. Aleksey "Alex" Mishulin. Besides being a most compassionate, empathic and caring eye surgeon, he also takes the time from his extremely busy schedule to actually call patients after their respect surgery to see that everything is working well and that the patient is also doing better. This is truly "remarkable" in today's medical field that a busy eye surgeon would take the time to call his patients. Dr. Alex deserves a 10 out of a 10!
