Communication was impressive as she kept me informed via text an email of scheduling and arrival times. The repair guy sent me a text with an ETA and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He promptly took care of everything by replacing old screens and disposing of them. I now have nice appearing puppy proof screens without anymore rips or tears (we also had some unwelcome critters make some tears). This Company was easy to work with and very accommodating.
