Well I guess when you run a business based on bait and switch practices, snotty employees who…read morerefuse to answer questions, inattentiveness to customers needs and desires, and a rude, bitchy "proprietor" who throws customers out of her store for asking questions and refusing to waste his time by going along with your sales pitch script. Then add outrageous prices on "packages", that you refuse to even say what comes with it, that are well over the price of any other local studio, at least I think because you are so shady you won't tell me what I'm getting, you eventually go out of business. I laughed and smiled, it made my day to see this awful company close up and disappear faster than I ran out their doors after my one experience with them. Good bye!

So 3PM on a Saturday was the time we have to be there, we got there 10 minutes early, we sign in and then we wait and wait, my 6 year old daughter is getting irritable and impatient. We decide to just leave and go elsewhere, it seems they are incapable of keeping appointments.
