UPDATE 7/2019. So I've been using this company for 2 years exactly. Allot has happened in that time, new job, moving to a different town in Nevada for some starters. Last year for my policy renewal my renters and auto dropped about 10 bucks. I paid roughly $230 at that time. Had a newer truck, another older car, full coverage on both regardless. So I moved out of Vegas, dropped the new truck and got another clunker truck that was much older. My insurance dropped about a hundred bucks. Could not complain at all. Legit. Few months go by, it's spring time of 2019, I sold that clunker truck and only had the 9 year old paid off car, with full coverage, my insurance only dropped about 15 bucks. I didn't mind. Mind you, I have never used roadside, no accidents and certainly no tickets regardless of being pulled over allot(yeah I know). My renewal comes up, it's going to go up 45 bucks. Yikes. I tried to bargain with the agents, had zero luck. I talked to some lady yesterday as of today(7/17/19) and she spoke little English. It wasn't easy trying to talk to this person. What happened to that other lady. Her name was Brittany and she would do whatever she could to help your price and actually make you feel valued. So I got quotes from other companies and to no surprise, I have a quote that was saving me 55 bucks with the same exact coverage of my current insurance. Tried to bargain again with these guys, no go. Dropped you guys without second guessing. I work in customer service. It is MY goal to make a customer happy. If you didn't know, it costs more money to sign up a new customer than to keep a current one. Yeah, I had someone on the phone say that's not how insurance works, well guess what, it did! With the quote and my new insurance company it worked. The first quote was outrageous, but after a little bargaining, I got it to right where I need it. My word of advise for these guys: Maybe take a little more time with a current customer and try your absolute hardest to keep them, literally hardest. Maybe you wouldn't be getting a bad review. Regardless, in my time with them I never really needed to use them, I cannot comment on filing a claim, but it seems like the quality of these workers is gone, such a shame. read more

Insurance is peace of mind. Who insures you makes that peace of mind something you should never worry about. I have been with Tony for 12 years now, and I can't rave enough about his service and attention to detail. How can you not rate someone highly who saves me a boat-load of money? I know this for a fact because occasionally I call around to see if I have the best rates. He finds for me the most affordable rates with the most coverage, hands down. No one can touch his rates. More importantly, I talk to a human being who explains everything to me in human terms, and is ridiculously timely with calling me back when I have a question - all matters are dealt with immediately. Unfortunately, the scale only goes up to 5 stars. I refer business to him regularly, and I have yet to have anyone complain. Everyone I send there is so happy with the referral, and thank me profusely for sending them to him. He also covers my sister, my parents, my uncle and aunt, and about a dozen friends. Everyone is getting the best deal on insurance coverage. I do my personal insurance with him, and he covers my business insurance as well. Leo Insurance just called to tell me that I need to find a new agent for my brother's policies because he is incarcerated until August 2020. He has had his insurance with them for years and has multiple cars. My father died last week and my brother inherited a classic car which I was getting ready to add to the policy.
