The address is south Indy now. By the time I arrived, I had been driving for an hour. The guys were so friendly and welcoming. Got into my lock in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me because I had so much trouble finding them, having gone to the old location fist. That is great customer service! I would gladly make that drive again if I needed to.

My family had a frightening experience with this business. The disheveled locksmith wearing a…read moredirty, too small T-shirt arrived in a plain car. No credentials, no uniform, no sign on car or other branding. We now know this is a big red flag in the locksmith industry. We should not have let him in our home, and I regret that we did. He was rude, aggressive, obnoxious and worst of all, took it upon himself to touch a female family member on the shoulder. When is it appropriate for a service person to touch a customer? Never! His job was to replace an existing lock. A five minute job done at breakneck speed that cost hundreds of dollars. Not a good value. He did not inspect his work, and we had to stop him from leaving twice to correct minor problems. We also listened to vaguely threatening comments insisting we leave positive reviews for his performance. Out of fear we agreed to do so because this man frightened us. Please, please research locksmiths before you hire one.

I called Day & Night Key Services and they had someone at my home within the hour. I was a little concerned about who the person would be but he was a young European guy... I think he was European, forgive me if I'm incorrect. He was very nice and got the job done very quickly, including putting on a new lock. I was so grateful! The cost was reasonable for coming out on a Friday night at 8pm so I was very satisfied. A representative from the company even called me the next day to check in! I would definitely use them again and recommend them! Thanks for helping me out in a tough spot and making it so easy!!

I needed my house locks changed. I called asking if they had availability the next day, had to wait until the following morning, and was promptly greeted by Ethan who rekeyed the front and back doors, and then ordered the deadbolt replacement. He provided all keys ordered and said he would invoice once he'd finished installing the deadbolt. All in, three locks and 6 keys was just around $200.
