When I arrived, I felt rushed from the start, and Katy appeared visibly upset when I asked to use the restroom before beginning the session. The massage itself was conducted in what appeared to be a facial room, with facial equipment and machines still inside. The room was also located very close to the entrance and lobby, so throughout the entire massage I could clearly hear conversations, phones ringing, and the front door opening and closing. It was not a relaxing or appropriate environment for a massage. Katy also rushed through the session and finished before the full hour was over. After the session ended, I got up and began getting dressed. While I was still changing, someone knocked on the door. I said I would be right out, but they continued knocking and then actually opened the door and came halfway inside while I was still getting dressed. Having someone enter the room while I was undressed, after I had already acknowledged that I would be out shortly, was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Overall, I left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and disappointed rather than relaxed or cared for. I expected a professional, private, and peaceful experience. Unfortunately, that was not what I received, and I would not return or recommend this place.
