I booked her the bridal package, and I did the Hama session and a massage - both were incredibly relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. I wanted to see if DFW had a place that was adjacent to my out of town services. The facial was just ok, but the body scrub performed by Preeti was underwhelmingly done. There was no consultation about allergies or sensitivities, no hair covering offered, and the exfoliation was incomplete. The service felt rushed and I left feeling unclean rather than refreshed. She kept offering me a massage due to a cancellation that I said no multiple times. I didn't show my displeasure by being rude being I'm urging this new zen thing. I just noted subpar services are an overstated norm in North Texas. Also, it was stated if you have a service the steam sauna is complimentary it is not. I was not asked how my services went at check out and even though I called prior to 24hrs for initial appointment I was charged $30. Because of the experience, I called the spa the I Monday Feb 23 to cancel my membership/appointment and spoke with Ishma. She stated Preeti never received this feedback and I could come back. I declined due to lackof accountability and my time being completely wasted in this experience. The cancellation was agreed upon and she stated it would be done Tuesday since they are closed Monday. I followed up again the next day (Tuesday) because it had not been processed yet being I did not receive a confirmation text. After calling again, I received confirmation by text that my membership/appointment has been canceled. Despite canceling and receiving confirmation, my card was still charged fraudulently on March 6. That charge was not authorized, and I ultimately had to cancel my debit card because of it. At this point, the issue is no longer just about service quality but about billing practices, respect for a customer's time, and cancellation request. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this business and will continue my services where integrity, attention to detail, & quality of service are the norm.

Our therapists were Brittani and Paul, and they were both incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I especially loved Brittani! She was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and having a good experience, which I really appreciated. She was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the massage. Our original appointment was at 2 PM, but they called me around 1 PM because the female therapist assigned to my appointment had called out. They offered us a 5 PM appointment with two male therapists, but I wasn't comfortable with that, so they were kind enough to give us the option of coming at 6 PM with a female therapist for me and a male therapist for my husband. I really appreciated them accommodating us and making sure we were comfortable. The massage itself was amazing! We also added the scalp treatment, and we both really enjoyed it. Everything finished right on time, and afterward Brittani and Paul checked in with us to see how we were feeling. After our massages, we enjoyed the different mineral soaks and pools. Since it was our first time, the staff was also really helpful. They offered to give us a little tour and explained the map to us so we knew where everything was. Everyone working around the pools was also very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. They provide robes as well, which was super convenient, especially while going between the pools and different areas. The views were beautiful, and it was honestly the perfect way to spend my husband's birthday. The locker rooms and showers were also very clean and elegant. The lockers felt secure, and I loved that the showers already had products available, so we didn't have to worry about bringing everything with us. We stayed until around 8:30 PM and had such a relaxing evening. There are so many different soaks to enjoy, and we really loved being able to take our time and explore everything. Yes, it is definitely on the more expensive side, but since access to the soaks is included with the massage, we personally felt it was worth the money, especially for a special occasion. We didn't try the food or drinks since we had plans for later, and we went on Monday, it wasn't that many people around either so it made our day more relaxing. We will definitely be coming back! A special thank you to Brittani and Paul for making our first WorldSprings experience so enjoyable!

Extras: $10 robe rentals, services (massages, facials), food, and drinks. My wishes: a quiet area for people who want to meditate because the chatters of others got loud and more times for guided sessions. All in all, nice time to relax and reset while getting some vitamin D (sun).

It all…read morestarted when I was looking for a chiropractor for my husband and a facial specialist for myself. While searching for a spa, I came across Health by Design Family Spa clicked on their page, and saw micro-needling, which I had been interested in trying but wanted to avoid problems I have seen with it. Jennifer's reviews and the warm atmosphere of her practice looked very inviting(just by the website), so I decided to make an appointment. On the day of my facial appointment, I expressed my concerns to the aesthetician. I mentioned that I was feeling quite nervous about the treatment, as I'm not very fond of makeup, I only wear it for gatherings and church. I've also seen some interesting results from micro-needling. I asked if she could walk me through the facial step by step, show me the needles, and explain what was happening during it. Let me tell you! Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and what she did for my face. I have never met an esthetician with so much expertise and such a calming, spiritual demeanor. I felt amazing afterward. She did this treatment a week before my Italy trip, and my skin felt fantastic in the days following the appointment no burning or irritation at all. Italy my face felt amazing the whole time I was there. THIS IS WHY I WILL ONLY LET HER TOUCH MY FACE!!! After returning from my trip a few months later, I reached out to her because I had been so busy. I mentioned that my skin was dry, dull, and in need of hydration. We decided to try the OxyGeneo 3-in-1 Facial, and both of us could see a significant improvement, my skin had a beautiful glow (before and after photos showed such a huge difference after my facial that day). We do this facial once a month, and in the weeks in between, we have Hydrating Facials and Skin Resurfacing treatments. I've also had a back facial, which I highly recommend! I am overall very happy with my results. When I go in with my concerns for the week and feel unsure about what to do, she assesses my face and tells me exactly what I need and why. Understanding the reasoning behind her recommendations is very important to me, and she communicates this knowledge extremely well. I often brag about her, and people frequently ask what products I use. Even my husband has noticed the difference and now asks me not to wear makeup when we go out in the evenings. I am truly thankful to have found this beautiful spa and the wonderful atmosphere that comes with it.

I was a loyal client of this med spa for nearly five years, hoping to see meaningful results with my skin. Unfortunately, that never happened. From the beginning, I noticed that recommendations felt more focused on selling the newest treatments or expensive products rather than truly understanding what my skin needed. I followed their advice consistently, investing thousands of dollars in treatments and high-end creams -- all used exactly as directed. The results were always temporary. My skin would feel nice for a few days after a treatment, but there was never any lasting improvement. Every time I expressed concern about the lack of results, I was told it could be due to hormones or some other issue, and then they'd suggest yet another cream or a different treatment -- repeating the same cycle. I trusted their expertise for years, assuming maybe they were right. I decided to try another med spa -- and the difference was night and day. The new place actually assessed my skin type thoroughly, suggested AFFORDABLE products that suit my skin from amazon and I started seeing real, consistent improvement. This made me realize that what I needed all along was a more personalized, thoughtful approach -- not a sales pitch. Looking back, I feel incredibly disappointed knowing how much time, money, and hope I invested for very little return. I share this not out of anger, but in the hope that others can make more informed decisions. Your skin deserves care, not just a sales strategy.

Will NEVER come back. TL;DR BELOW v v…read more This was our second time. First time was decent-ish but this time, it was 90 minutes of not a great couples massage for my hub's birthday. Our massages were so vastly different but what they had in common was that NEITHER of our therapists could go from softer to deeper pressure to back to soft, which in a 90 minute massage gives some time for that. There were NO sighs of relief from our room the ENTIRE time, just yawns from our therapists. They mainly used their arms to massage. So there wasn't very much work being done on our muscles alone, which would need hands. Mine somehow maintained KITTEN MITTEN PRESSURE on me like for 90% of the massage WITH FOREARMS. There were some spots she got that felt great but it more felt like luck than intentional. I was wondering if maybe I'm imagining that the pressure was light so many times, I couldn't enjoy the massage. I couldn't tell if it was out of fatigue, because I'm a lady (maybe thinking I don't need as much pressure) or if she was distracted because there would be like a slow gentle jostling that would kind of trail off, almost pause, then the pace would pick up but still not very much pressure. It doesn't take too much to make me jump out of my seat when getting my feet massaged but it felt like a baby was poking me this time. I had asked for more pressure in the beginning, which improved it a little but the pressure fell off back to almost nothing quickly. I got the sense that my therapist was tired so I spent most of the massage waiting for it to be over while I was gently jostled, pinched (gently) and thumbed with just slight fingernail sometimes. My husband, on the other hand, got ALL THE pressure for both of us within the first ten minutes- it was all elbows / arms for him with zero buildup to deeper pressure. At points, she would put full pressure on BONE. After that, barely any pressure for him ESPECIALLY on common pain points. She maybe spent 30 seconds on each of his arms. His therapist used the hot stones like they were straight out of the oven, they had no time to cool. From the oven to the skin. His legs were hyperextended when face up and his therapist put DIRECT pressure on his knees. He'd been dealing with a knot / pain at the right Lat/ QL point for a couple weeks and he left in MORE PAIN than when we walked in. The massage left us MORE annoyed, sore(in my husbands case) and less relaxed. The most boring, annoying, nothing massage I've ever gotten. For him is was just all pain that wasn't therapeutic. They were both considerably older and it was a 3pm appt so it could have played a role in what seemed like a massage that both therapists were tired in. Despite all that, NONE of it is what's making me leave a review. I was going to just pay for the service and MOVE ON. No tip, which sounds bad but honestly for a 90 minute with CBD oil, they were getting plenty from us considering we paid service when we barely got a massage. (Now I'm wondering if the CBD oil is even legit.) What's making me leave a review? THE TIP. I paid for the service and gone to the restroom but then the girl at the front asks if I want to leave a tip as I'm leaving, and points out our therapists are RIGHT BEHIND ME- REALLY putting that pressure out there to tip. The therapists behind me spoke in another language & the tone told me enough that they weren't happy they weren't being tipped. I've never had a place do this ever, really? Coerce your customers to tip? 1. The therapists must not be getting adequate breaks so afternoon appointments get a tired therapist. That or maybe you need to come in earlier or just be really lucky with whoever you get. 2. When you don't want to pay a tip /additional gratuity (to show GRATITUDE), they will then HARASS you as you're leaving to leave a tip for the massage your therapist barely executed. (I have no problem tipping. Dude, me & hubs been trained in massage. We have had some light or too painful massages that still did SOMETHING. This is probably the WORST massage we've ever had AND then the tipping thing was just the cherry on top) I gave them both $5 each, which was met with a shocked look on both of their faces as if they both just did super great jobs and I should be giving them my firstborn child. {I get it if they're literally fatigued, but it shouldn't be surprising when I don't tip.} That alone was almost worth the experience but now we're going to look for a massage place that will ACTUALLY give some decent pressure and some actual effluerage and pettrisage instead of whatever tf this wasted experience was. TL;DR don't come here if you want a low tier massage and to be gaslit that you should pay more of your hard earned money, the service fee is not enough. Which is understandable, if the massage was actually decent. Might have a chance if you get there early so that your therapist is as fresh as possible but otherwise, don't waste your money.
