I understand that cases involving a hit-and-run can be challenging, especially without immediate camera evidence. However, for a firm that promotes its size, resources, and ability to investigate complex cases, I expected at least some effort before deciding not to move forward. What was most disappointing was how the decision was communicated. We were informed by email, then spent more than 24 hours playing phone tag trying to get an explanation. During one of the most difficult times our family has ever experienced, the lack of communication and compassion was incredibly discouraging. We weren't expecting guarantees. We were simply hoping for effort, guidance, and empathy. Instead, we were left feeling like our case wasn't worth their time.
