You'll find a lot of low-fat, wheat-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options here, so if you're looking for a reasonably priced healthy meal after browsing the shops on Oxford Street, this is a good choice. There's nothing special about the decor, but service is good and everything tastes fresh. The kitchen makes good use of seasonal ingredients and fresh herbs and spices. The heat of the sweet potato and cauliflower curry was slightly tempered by a splash of coconut milk, and the Moroccan lamb meat balls in a rich tomato sauce had a refreshing hint of mint. Both were served with rice and a side of cole slaw. With a glass of fresh lemonade and a lemon-ginger-mint quencher and a slice of pecan pie and a dark chocolate tart, our tab was only £20. At the end of the day, Leon donates its leftover food to nearby charities. This policy, plus good food at low prices, makes this highly recommended.

Came by this Middle Eastern/Fast Food joint in London. Wish we had this in the US. But i had a Middle Eastern combo with falafel, salad, a pomegranate mash, and it was a very reasonable priced box. Will come back again. .

1* for the brekkie, 3/4* for their usual service I've always been a fan of Leon. Bright shiny healthy looking stores, with bright shiny healthy lunch options themed mainly around (ethically sourced) meat, what's not to like? I went through a phase of picking lunch up there a couple of times a week, particularly a sucker for their grilled chicken, always moist and tender and served with a tasty spiced brown rice and a 50/50 mix of garlicky thick aoili and ruby red sharp chilli sauce. From what I can work out, the quality of the food hasn't diminished with their gradual rollout, nine sites now and counting, so I'm pleased to report that it's a chain I can happily recommend, though I don't go there as much these days. They've recently launched a breakfast menu and I popped in to try this last week. With the caveat that I've always been happy with the quality here, the breakfast struck an off note for me. A handful of sandwiches plus several porridge options comprise the menu. Brekkie staples plus 'New York options' (served on rye bread). I went for the bacon, egg and mushroom on nutty granary bread and sadly didn't think too much of it. A hot sandwich with sliced bread needs to be prepared fresh, as it'll lose any crunch in the toast seconds after you put it into a storage bag. The fillings had merged together and with the bread gave a rather soggy mess and the disappointing bacon was slightly plasticky and wafer thin. I think that this one might be a rare duff note, certainly something to avoid, unless you miss the notes of motorway service station in your London dining.

I like Leon. Simple healthy fresh food. My fav is the chicken, lemon, ginger salad box. Winning.

What a great place to have a healthy and delicious meal. The original super salad is great if you add chicken to it.

I've never been disappointed with a quick meal from this Leon and recommend the pecan pie especially.

Most overrated place ever... I kept seeing long queues outside this place for ages and I really…read morewanted to see what all the hype was about. There's 3 main burger options and then you add all the toppings you like to customise your burger. While my boyfriend asked for all of the toppings I asked for the plain bacon cheeseburger as I wanted something simple. I obviously tried both options and they were equally disappointing. My boyfriend's burger was juicier than mine for to the peppers and onions that made it taste more fresh, while mine was a mass of meat and plastic-y cheese that I can easily dub 'the artery clogger' because it felt like I'd need a double bypass after eating it. Not to mention that the bacon was bone dry and crunchy, borderline burnt to a crisp and breaking in crumbs when you bit into it. Honestly worst bacon I've ever tried. To be honest the variety of toppings was very underwhelming as the choices were something you expect from a basic burger (mayo, onions, tomatoes etc). With gourmet burgers in your average pub offering avocado, egg or pulled pork and even your local spoons burger coming with onion rings, Five Guys is really not bringing anything new to the table. The skin on chips were enough to vaguely justify the £4 and they were decent so I was happy with them. However, my highlight was getting free pints of water which on its own says a lot about what this place has to offer. This place is a glorified Mc Donald's with pretty much the same quality as far as flavour or texture are concerned and five times the price to fool you int thinking it's a real restaurant. I do not intend to go back there again as it was a complete waste of money to eat something basic and unhealthy.
