We waited over an hour to get our food because we didn't get the special, we got sandwiches. There were people that came well after us that ordered sandwiches & received them way before we did. Good thing my friend & I were playing catchup & enjoying our visit. Neither (tiny) sandwich comes with fries, we did not order any, that's ridiculous. She said her burger had an dirty grill taste to it. Who serves sandwiches with no fries?... no one. These were pitiful little plates. This was pitiful, those small sandwiches with no fries were pitiful. The last couple of times has been such a disappointment, they can use we were busy excuse for the food. ....and on Festival weekend with out of towers, not good at all. I thought since it had been a year since I had eaten there, I'd hope things had improved.... I've been eating at other places in town, guess I'll go back to eating elsewhere in Warren.

The only con or advice for the owners is to start giving tickets to restaurant goers, it's always nice to look at the ticket and see the total and it's something that is done at every other restaurant. But once they flip it without finding the hotspot, to another searing hot area, Our steak then only gets steamed from the bottom. Crispy presentation side but beef stew brim watery bottom side. So a lack of care for the quality of meats and poor trading and quality control to send out steamed/stewey cuts on the bottom side.
