We ordered sandwiches online. Our order was ready when we arrived. We were on a trip with a dog so we ate in our car. Our food was what you would expect from a Schlotzky's. We ate there for the first time on Tuesday December 30, 2022 at 6:13 pm. The order was correct and the two sandwiches were very good. On the other hand, the business was very cold inside. Turn the heat up a bit. Also, the first table we sat at was sticky. Clean it up. Why do the assistants have to take their breaks in the rest room? Just asking. The food was ok. I ordered their soup and was not asked if I wanted breadsticks or crackers and was given crackers. They messed up my father's order and put his on a pick up item. They did not offer to reheat it after this either. They also handed us two small cups and one regular cup and charged us for two regular cups and one small cup. Only good thing about this place was that the tables were clean and the music was not too loud. This location is always cold so bring a jacket. This is not the first time I've had bad service from this location. Be warned: something will be messed up if you get an order to eat in. The manager was also sitting right beside us complaining about his salary as we were looking for our food. I'm sorry, but you do not talk like that around customers. read more

We had food order yesterday 2/17/2023 at which not only did we have to wait a long time but when we got our food it was not even completely cooked, we order 10' Pepperoni and double cheese pizza crust, chocolate chip cookie and a regular drink. However, the pizza was not even done. The complete middle of the pizza cheese was still raw while the outer edges were over cooked. The time it took to wait to receive the food should have been plenty of time to have a fully cooked Pizza but this was not the case. We were completely unsatisfied with the service at which I will not eat here again. One star would not even do justice for the service and preparations of the food. They need to train there employees better the lady at the front counter is clueless. I ask for a turkey wrap she tells me they don't sell turkey wrap. I said there on the menu on the website. She ask another lady and she said yes we sell wraps. Why is she on the register. I ask for a broccoli soup she said it's frozen they never heated it yet. It's 11:00 why isn't the soup ready. Unfortunately, this Schlotzsky's is not worthy of a return visit. I ordered two pizzas, both had lint on the bottom as if they were put on a towel before being placed in the box. The worker that I spoke with did not seem to understand why I wanted a refund on all of the items that came from the kitchen. He then became agitated because I suggested the kitchen might be unclean. I wish the situation could have handled better. read more
