There's a pretty detailed registration form you need to fill out for the appointment but he good news is that the masseuse literally has read it in it's entirety to ensure they provide the service you need (such as areas to focus on; areas not to touch etc). My masseuse Mindy was AMAZING! Everything from the questions she asked, to the pressure she used, checking in that I was okay and her level of professionalism! Oh and she even gave me exercises / stretches to try at home to loosen up the areas that were tight. Mindy is the bomb! The only reason the review isn't 5 stars has nothing to do with the massage but rather the facility itself. They've done their best to transform the space without major construction and the space is used for more than just massages so it is not as peaceful, serene and chic as other massage establishments.
