Well it took several weeks getting used parts and hours of Robert's time digging deep into my car's electrical systems. He found all my issues and fixed them. My camera now works with- 3 PDC sensors and a Parking module, my proximity sensors work, and my push button start is doing what it should. Thank you Robert for all your hard work and due dilligence. I went in a couple months later for my free tuneup and had the same great experience, then just a few days later I accidentally left my banjo in my hot car and got some string buzzing, but I brought it back in (thankfully it was nothing serious) and they kindly fixed it that same day at no charge. Matt, their stove expert/chimney sweep/educator/storyteller came to clean and inspect our new Hearthstone. What a really eyeopening experience. In addition to cleaning out the chimney and stove (all he was really obligated to do) he took the extra time to show me the routine things I can do as a homeowner to get the best performance out of my stove, discussed my burning practices and strategies and gave me a TON of really helpful and practical advice. I can honestly say that as a homeowner who really depends on my wood burning stove to keep my home warm, this was the best $225 I have spent in a very long time. Not only do I feel more confident and better informed about how this stove works (and I now know much better how it works, having had its interior explained to me), but I also feel much more confident about my choice.
