I picked up 2 small bags of dog food because the sign said that it was buy one, get one. I read the sign multiple times to be sure. At the cash register, it rang up fullprice, so I asked and she wouldn't price check the sign. Also I had attempted to purchase 2 small treats which she rang up more than twice the price on the sign -- I actually think she might have rang up the bigger ones. I questioned that and she insisted that they were the large ones (15"-18") when the ones she was ringing up for me were the small ones (4"-5"). The other cashier suggested that she should check the price and she shrugged and insi that she didnt need to because she was right,. Beware --they will over charge and treat you (the customer) like crap. She said a few snarky remarks and I told her that we will never be back. All I asked was to pay the price on their price tag -- why shouldnt they ring the items up that way, or at least check themselves?

Took my 6 month puppy here for fundamentals training class. Meghan is very patient and…read moreunderstanding of every dog's needs and owner's goals. She does an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating the tricks before allowing us time to work with our own puppy on what we learned. The first class covered very basic skills of sit and recall, which my puppy already knew, but working in the store aisles added a level of distraction to strengthen the skill. But would have been nice to introduce skills the puppies didn't already know. I also wish they would allow some time before or after the class for the puppies to greet each other so they're not frustrated or overwhelmed at the beginning and get some socialization. Meghan did let us know that it's up to us owners to do greets prior to entering the training area and we are welcome to do it prior. My puppy was exhausted after the hour and learned a lot. Looking forward to the remaining classes!

Compared to the competitor Chewy's prices, this store's prices were similar to higher. I purchased several flavors of cat foods. At the checkout counter, the cashier performed their job well. Furthermore, on this particular day, a local animal shelter was holding a dog-adoption event. We did not see any dogs to adopt, but we appreciated the event.

I shopped here for my cat, but I walked around the entire store to look at all departments. I saw a wide variety of products for dogs, cats, birds, fishes, reptiles, and other small pets. I felt happy that this store offered the foods and treats that my cat enjoys. I did notice that some prices were higher than what some other stores charge. For example, a particular type of mouse toy was almost twice what Amazon charges! I decided to buy cans of wet cat food in different flavors. At the checkout, the cashier asked me for my telephone number so he could look up my membership in their rewards program. Somehow a woman with a different name was under my telephone number, although I have had that telephone number for many, many years, so I ended up not receiving any discounts. I guess that I will have to sign up with my husband's telephone number in the future. The cashier did politely thank me for my purchase. This store also offers some live animals such as fish and birds, dog washing and grooming, preventative veterinary clinic, and recycling for plastic pet-food bags.
