Terrible. Had them fix my car, took 3 weeks. They tried to…read moresend my car home "vibrating " because everything they did "didn't cause it to do that ". Even though it didn't vibrate before I brought it to them but after they charged me $5,000. they wanted me to take it home vibrating , yeah no. Also got a detail in those 3 weeks paid $250.00 for a detailing. All of my leather is oily where they didn't wipe stuff off it proper. I now have to clean my car after paying to have it cleaned. I would post pictures of it if there was a spot to do so. Crumbs in my cupholder and all over my drive shaft still. Dirt on my seats., goldfish and paper under the back seats. the windows on the inside were never cleaned , there is still kid smudges ( food covered because kids are gross ) all over the back windows. This was TERRIBLE SERVICE ! They don't even deserve one star to be honest. I will never go back to them again.

I unfortunately drive about four and a half hours to deal with this peoe each way just because of an online search for he cat I wanted which they sold me a 23k car with absolutely no warranty at all as is. assured it was a good car which it isn't and engine is already missin on it and sos malfunction light is already on just three weeks after I had gotten it. the worste part is they k ew I lived in a different state and needed my taxes figured into the loan after they took all the cash had saved up for a down payment. and stuck me waitin on a title they never sent and said they would try do this and that and didn't do anything at all. my finance company even called them about it and was like why is this like this and they gave us both the run around. my dmv demanded them to send me another temporary tag which they lied about that too. now I'm stuck with a car I have put around. 7-8 thousand into that is basically not running not even nearly as good as it should be worried about it tearing up and I can't even pay the taxes to get it tagged becauwe of them lying to me avoiding me and just being the quested place to deal with ever. it has been a nightmare. now I'm going to have to end up trading this car in only to spend about 20 k more to get a better car because of these people and how they handled the whole experience. u shouldn't have to worry bout all of this after spending 23000 on a car. i feel like they may have been aware that the car was not gonna be running very good for very long.

I contacted him immediately, but he did not return to inspect the issue or provide me with a written estimate, receipt, or documentation for the work performed. He had stated that his work came with a 90 warranty, but he did not follow through on returning to look at the issue after I reached out. I had to move the vehicle to a public parking area because the leak continued and the transmission fluid level was extremely low afterward. This was my experience, and I'm sharing it so others can make an informed decision.
