The hair quality was actually really good though and I loved the red. I stopped going and switched to weft extensions instead in the end. I have a blunt cut. At no point before installation did she tell me she had any concerns with the hair extensions blending with my hair. The appointment was at a different address than the one listed here. Not a big deal but unexpected. I let her know I was unsatisfied with the finished look as soon she finished. She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them. She should have been honest from the beginning that there was no way for her to blend my extensions.

She was late and did not notify me at all. No message, no call, no apology. The second time was even worse. I came for a hair correction appointment. The stylist never showed up, did not answer calls or messages, and completely ignored me. This is an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward clients. Wasting people's time and money like this is unacceptable, especially in a service business. I do not recommend this salon to anyone who values their time, money, and basic respect.

I think they just get influencers to hype them up and give them good service. and reg customers bad service. and to top it off they didn't even match my hair.
