Nice location nearby the courthouse. However the prices do not match the food quality. The fries had a weird seasoning on them, the menu showed egg prices making them much more expensive, and the size of food is quite small. I saw somewhere on twitter that there has been a crazy upward trend in food trucks increasing the prices over the years insanely. This truck is clear evidence of it. If you're looking for a classic breakfast that hits the spot and need it "to go" this is the place! I usually order a chorizo breakfast burritos and I enjoy how it comes with crema on the side. I also order the breakfast sandwich when I'm not looking for a big meal but want to satisfy the craving. Really good choices and I love the classic two pancake combo with eggs, sausage, and hash browns as well. Haven't tried their lunch yet so can't speak on those. Its a decent spot to go when you are on your lunch break. They are super speedy, I have never had to wait long for my food once I order. On Tuesday they draw a good crowd for having such a good Taco Tuesday special. I have tried there burgers, tortas, tacos, quesadilla and burritos. The burger was super soggy to me - i think they put to much sauce on it. The Al Pastor can get greasy so keep that in mind when getting the quesadilla with it. I love the torta! Just lost my appetite! This was my second time ordering from the truck. First time I got a burger and tacos (I was starving ok!) and it was a great meal so added a star. This time I ordered 2 tacos and a quesadilla. Tacos were great! But then I took a bite of the quesadilla and it had an awful burned taste. It was strange since the tortillas looked fine. I have never been so addicted to a business as I am to Leo's. Parked right in the middle of the Santa Ana Civic Center on Parton and Santa Ana Boulevard, I have only good things to say about Leo's on Wheels. The tacos are so delicious and the orders are always correct. Be sure to try their green sauce to add to the tacos. They also serve salads and burgers, but the tacos are just great. My favorites are the carne asada, shredded beef and potato tacos. If I order a salad, I get the chicken mango. Others have shared through the years that the burgers and breakfast burritos are really good. Leo's is open until about 3 pm and is very popular so I'm going to start calling ahead to place my order. So many civic center employees love the food. This is also a place frequented sometimes by jurors serving at the Federal or Superior Court, definitely well within walking distance to both courthouses. There's no seating outside of Leo's, but you can eat in the beautifully renovated Japanese tea house which is located behind Santa Ana City Hall, right between the city library and city hall. The tea house and garden are near the civic center fountain also known as the Plaza of the Sun. The tea house was donated to the County by a local Japanese organization after World War II. I've tried most of their breakfast and everything is good but the chilaquiles are BOMB. They're crispy and loaded. The tortas are really good as well, as are the quesadillas and those are big. The signature O Burger is really good with lots of flavor just messy to eat. The fajita chicken sandwich is really good too. Taco Tuesday is $6 for 4 tacos and a drink and I highly recommend the crispy chicken tacos! It's a few mins walking distance from my job so it's my go-to. I decided to give this food truck a try. So far I had street tacos which were pretty good, the breakfast burrito, also good, and quesadilla which weirdly came with fries was mediocre. The fries were bla. The breakfast burrito is not as big as other places but it was good and I would order it again. Street tacos are street tacos, nothing special but I would order again. For what it was worth, this truck was quick, cheap, and had decent food. You can pay less than $10 per person for a meal, I got 3 items and was in and out pretty quickly. I got the Chicken nachos that had kinda an unbalanced ratio of nacho chips to toppings so I was stuck with dry tortilla chips after eating all the toppings with the first like 10 chips :(. I also got a chicken quesadilla which was PHENOMENAL- truly the one thing I could come back for, came with a side of french fries that were too dry and unsalted for my taste. Girlfriend got a chicken bowl (can you tell our fave protein yet??) which had chicken, rice, broccoli, and some other stuff which seemed a little too dry as well. The first time I came to Leo's I was a bit skeptical especially since there are so many taco food truck nowadays. But I have to say when I tried Leo's I realized that they do it right. Plain and simple, their burritos are pretty darn good (definitely recommend the al pastor burrito or the California burrito). The food was fresh and authentic, and they were also super nice. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. It's also very close proximity to the Santa Ana Court House so if you have Jury Duty, it's not a bad place to walk to and grab a filling lunch! Only thing that I wish they had, is a bit more variety and flavor in the salsas, not saying they are bad by any means, just would like some salsa that had a bit more zing or something.
