I told them it was an emergency, they said "sorry but nothing I can do" well the lady helping did. Frankly, I get annoyed at public businesses that do not have facilities open. The store is always busy but the staff is always helpful and accommodating. I love the red light, tanning, clothes, smoothies, coffees.....
