But I had an experience with them that soured me on them. I was there buying product and had a sudden onset of the need for the facilities. It happens with conditions I have, and just how it is. I asked if they had restrooms and was told yes they did but for employees only. The door to them was not behind the counter that I could see, looked like it was right at the edge of the room. I told them it was an emergency, they said "sorry but nothing I can do" well the lady helping did. Frankly, I get annoyed at public businesses that do not have facilities open. I have gone there out of convenience and necessity many times as I am a local, not only has every piece of glass I've bought been overpriced but there has been massive defects I didn't notice until I got home due to the pushy service of the employees trying to rush you out of the store. In other words I could have saved over 15$ per pipe getting them from china like they do.
