I just want to say not only is the store pet friendly but the employees go above and beyond. And above all else they are HONEST. I went in the store and dropped a 100 dollar bill. A few hours after realizing I must've dropped it I went back. The girl working earlier had already left. The young guy brought me out an envelope describing me and the little white fluffy dog and it had the hundred dollar bill inside. Thank you for your honesty. Now days that's just unheard of. This place is actually awful. The products, the staff, the prices are all far below average quality. They carry some of the worst headshop kratom, and you guessed it, it's overpriced. they sell terrible vapes, once again overpriced. They carry glass products, also once again, overpriced. I have gone there out of convenience and necessity many times as I am a local, not only has every piece of glass I've bought been overpriced but there has been massive defects I didn't notice until I got home due to the pushy service of the employees trying to rush you out of the store. In other words I could have saved over 15$ per pipe getting them from china like they do. Take it from me, just buy your Kratom, Glass, and Vapes online if you live in this area, this shop is clearly set up to rip off tourists. (as if we even get that many nowadays) read more

This is the first store I have found your home that carries disposable Vapes. The staff was completely wonderful not a complaint at all. However I just spent over $30 on a disposable Vape and it tastes like lighter fluid and has a ridiculous burnt smell. I went back inside and the staff gladly gave me another one. The second one did the same thing... And so did the third... And so did the 4th. When I asked if I could just pick one of a lesser value I was told no that I had get the same one I originally bought. So now I'm stuck with this thing that tastes like lighter fluid and smells like a burning BBQ. $30 wasted. I do not recommend the Titan 3500 disposable Vape as it is completely disgusting and extremely disappointing. I would rather smell like an ashtray and smoke a regular cigarette than smoke something that smells like lighter fluid. read more

I love the setup of the shop; and the overall aesthetic, however; when having an employee assist is in picking our items, the employee was not listening to what we were saying as far as which item(s) that we wanted to have taken out of the display case(s). She ended up giving us the completely wrong item for one of our purchases! Other than the staff not seeming to listen to the customers, they were quite friendly. Terribly rude gentleman that works there. I have had multiple interactions with him working there and it's always the same rudeness. I won't return while he works there. They have some nice staff and good cigars but this guy is unbearable... worst service I think I have ever had in crescent city. read more

One of the worst experiences in a retail shop Ive ever had. The young man kicked myself and my girlfriend out of the shop, for being together. The shop currently has a two customer only limit, and asks that parties only send one customer in if possible. My girlfriend and I waited outside among a few other customers while we waited for two customers to exit (they had been together as well as they got out of the same vehicle and entered and exited together). Another customer entered and I entered the shop by myself in order to comply with the two customer rule, after the second customer in the shop left my girlfriend entered as we both wanted different items and had not quite decided on the items we wanted to buy. The employee then asked if we were together to which I responded that we were however we both wanted different items and did not know what we wanted yet. This happened immediately after she entered the shop and walked over to me, we were not taking up time at all. He then began to raise is voice coming to shout as he became flustered when i asked if she could just look at the selection behind the counter and leave and I would make the purchase. He informed me it would not be fair to other customers even though we had waited in line and just watched a similar circumstance take place in front of us with a very different outcome. He became so Irate and Rude that within 2 minutes of entering the shop we decided to leave without purchasing anything. I have been to this shop many times and having seen this same employee yelling at customers, I always assumed the customer had been in the wrong however after this interaction i would question the validity of his decision to ask customers to leave and the way he goes about speaking to them. I will definitely never visit this shop again despite its convenience. Other stores sell the same products with much better customer service. Their inability to set store by the rules they set forth is ridiculous. I would gladly speak to a manager or owner if given the opportunity and if the store contains an audio and video device would invite them to watch the interaction between us as I stayed extremely respectful and patient while this employee took his day out on us. read more
