According to my (very picky) family members, the arrangement was beautiful. They called me before they created the arrangement to let me know that they would have to substitute some flowers, which was great. Most importantly, they delivered an arrangement and did so on time. I would absolutely use this florist again, but hopefully under better circumstances.

What was delivered, was nothing like what we ordered. We called back and spoke to a gentleman who was very nice and said that they would redo the order and swap out the arrangement that was delivered, shown in the second attachment. Where it's not a terrible arrangement, it's not what we ordered nor did it come with a container as a centerpiece, but we wanted what we ordered. We received another call from David stating that they didn't have the necessary pieces and parts to create the arrangement that was advertised on their website. He apologized profusely, told us that they had none of the supplies necessary to build the advertised arrangement, and then proceeded to tell us that the small print on their website said that they could make any substitutions necessary because of COVID. Then, as another offering, he said that they would go to the delivery location and pick up the already delivered arrangement and refund the money. This had NOTHING to do with the money but everything to do with providing a quality product and positive customer service. We were led to believe we were purchasing one thing but were provided something completely different and the response was basically, 'sorry, we don't have the supplies and we can send whatever we want.' Thank you Blossom Events & Florists for enlightening us so that we will NEVER use your services again!
