He gave me a paper receipt 'gift card' for the balance without asking how I wanted the overage returned. When I mentioned I wouldn't be back in the area, the cashier walked away muttering loudly 'all this for a couple dollars.' Very disrespectful! We bought over $26 worth of beverage and I asked for a small bag of pretzels, pointing to them. When he handed them to me, they were chocolate chip cookies! Tried to tell him that but he had already closed the door. He was in a bad mood for some reason when we got there. My daughter knocked on the door and said these are cookies. He grabbed them and slammed the door again. She knocked again & asked for pretzels. He said they didn't have any. What? A drive through with no pretzels? I am 69 and my daughter is 48. We were not causing trouble. My daughter tried to give him a $5 tip for the trouble and he told her "that's so annoying" & slammed the door again. Never again.
