Larry was the property manager, not the landlord, but nothing ever seemed to get done with him there, at least not while I lived there which, granted, was not very long. HOWEVER, the owner was unaware of what was going on at this time, and once he became aware handed over management duties to a property management company. The last few months of my stay were hectic with the management changes, but the new company seems to be MUCH better at managing the property and taking care of the tenants/units. I have no doubt they will turn the place around. During the management change I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and he seems like a genuinely good person and would not intentionally screw over his tenants. While she was there, she showed multiple signs of a UTI, possibly from catheterization during her surgery. I mentioned this several times and was ignored until I showed staff positive results from a home UTI test. They then agreed to send out a urine sample for test, but never got back to us with the results. Subsequent testing at BJC confirmed a UTI and my wife was put on antibiotics. Conjecture by a friend is that Meridian didn't want to report an infection to the state and was simply waiting for her to be discharged rather than taking action. Home care would have been better and safer for my wife.

I can't vouch for the other living arraignments or their wait time for placement but as far as the REACH program I say excellent! Thank you for helping my grandma during this temporary hard time
