She was extremely friendly and helpful. She told me to bring my car in and they should be able to get me in at 9:30. I arrived at 9:25 and spoke with Sylvia, who was even more friendly in person. By 9:32 my car was in the garage getting inspected. The inspection took them about 45 minutes, which was faster than other places I have been to in the past and it cost under $20. Additionally, they washed my car for free and said they provide that as a complimentary service for cars that are serviced at their garage. This added another 20 minutes to my wait time, but I did not mind at all waiting because they did an awesome job detailing the outside. I have been to a number of automotive garages, but Devy ranks up there with one of the best experiences I've had with auto shops. This is important because I hate the feeling of being at the mercy of "expert mechanics" who could overcharge or "misdiagnosis" issues with my car, thus costing me an arm and a leg. I immediately took it to my mechanic who informed me that both back calibers were shattered leaking all of my break fluid out, the front had new break pads placed on rotors that looked as though they were sitting in the river for a year. The battery issue is the hybrid battery which costs about $3,000 to repair. I called to see what they were willing to do to help me out and Jess was utterly ignorant.
