A few weeks ago I woke up and could not turn my head to the right or lift up my right arm past my waist. Dr Matt was recommended to me by a friend in the fitness industry it was my 1st time as his patient. He asked me a ton of questions to try to figure out exactly what the issue was. As he was diagnosing me he explained every step as to why and how one day it's even possible to wake up and have your arm just not function! It turned out I had a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder . I saw Matt for a total of 4 times which he originally predicted before my arm was fully functioning again. I was pain free after the 2nd visit and couldn't have been more thankful! He gave me exercises to do at home along with videos to guide me he also introduced me to products that would overall help my body from future issues.
