When our family moved from Denver a year ago, one of the first things we wanted to find was a chiropractor. We saw an amazing nationally recognized chiropractor back in Denver, so the bar was high to find someone just as good here in Rochester. Thankfully we were able to do so! Our search was tedious though. You never want to go with a chiropractor that doesn't do an x-ray on you first. If you are going to trust someone to manipulate your spine, they need to "see" what's going on inside your body. We were shocked at how many chiros here do not do x-rays first. Red flag people. But Dr. Riddle not only does the initial x-ray, he is also a great listener with a genuine heart to help people. We also feel he is gifted when it comes to chiropractic care. I trust him to not only adjust me, but my three young children as well (and my kids adore him!). Additionally, it is unfortunate that he has negative reviews for his weight loss program. My husband, who also sees him as a chiropractor, lost nearly 20 pounds on Riddle's weight loss program, and has kept the weight off. My husband was able to get to his ideal body weight, and remain there, and so for us, it was a tremendous success. And this was after many times of not succeeding on his own. Dr. Riddle is very gifted and legit. He is the real deal. Please don't allow negative reviews to keep you away. Give him a chance in person to determine if he is the right fit for you. I went to Dr. Nate for the weight loss program a year ago. My personal experience with everyone in the office has been nothing but great. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you out and go the extra mile. I did the NutriMost program a couple of times losing 60 pounds. Since then I have gained about 15 lbs back in roughly a half of year, but since I lost the weight it has helped me work out longer and do different exercises that I couldn't do or had a hard time doing when I was really fat. I exercise every day (once before work) and 50% of the week I work out after work (2nd time). My partner has told me that I am gaining more muscle weight, probably because I am lifting weights to help lose more of the left over fat. I have been doing the Shakeology program and love the shakes and the programs they offer. Now I need to do get to my desired weight by working out and doing it the conventional way. I understand this diet may not be for everyone, you have to be strict and follow the plan if not it will not work. I cheated a couple time on special occasions and it slowed my progress big time. I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Miriam, she has really helped me and my lower back and leg problems. I love everyone at Dr. Riddle's office! They are all great! Dr. Riddle has had my son as a patient for month's now. He and his other Chiropractor, Miriam have done the IMPOSSIBLE with my son's back! Orthopedic doctor's kept insisting he needed surgery. My son is 15 years old and is doing great! I see other reviews saying the cost is high. First of all if you break the cost down by how many visits, it is not high at all. Secondly, he does offer plans to be able to pay for it. You really have to ask yourself if you yourself or your child or your spouse, ect. is worth being healthy and/or pain free! I am sure you would answer as we have, YES! Also, just recently my husband threw out his back. I called Dr. Riddle on a Sunday and he was right there to help! We met him at the office on a Sunday. We worked out a payment plan for my husband as well. Now believe me, we do not have alot of money. We have 4 kids, and my husband is on disability, and we worked it out. You can too! The Chiropractic care here is really top notch, which is their primary function. I cannot speak to the weight loss program, which is much newer, and which is what most of the ratings are for below. I can say that on other review venues there are more positive experiences than negative so look at all of the reviews before jumping to conclusions. I can also say this team is not out to get your money, and I would bet that they are trying to learn from any patient's negative experience. My own Chiropractic experience: They brought the range of motion back in my neck, took away all lower back and upper back pain, reduced my allergies significantly, and I had more energy and less sickness after getting my spine curvature back. They measure the progress with x-rays so you know that the adjustments are building up towards correction and spinal health. The staff has been fun and positive. read more

Dr. Nathan Riddle is by far the very best Chiropractor I have ever had work on my physical problems. Due to playing sports, being in automobile accidents having scoliosis, I have had bouts of pain over the years. A few years back, I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Riddle and he was able to get my body functioning as it should; thus eliminating the pain. I have been suffering from leg pain lately and have not been able to get any relief. After describing the symptoms to Dr. Riddle he was able to begin repairing a problem with my Psoas muscle and ligaments. The first treatment gave me immediate relief and I could walk erect without pain. Dr. Riddle has MAGIC HANDS!! I know because I have been to a number of Chiropractors over the years and I can tell just by his touch that he is extremely knowledgeable. Packing for an extended trip I ruined my alignment and I was in a lot of pain. Made a 4:30pm appointment for the day I was leaving as it was in the direction we were going. I was going to be away for 5 weeks and did not want to limp around the whole vacation. On the way to his office I encountered a bad traffic jam at 4:15 pm and Dr. Riddle was closing at 5pm. When it became obvious we were moving inches at a time and I was already 15 minutes late I called Dr. Riddles office. He waited for me to get there as I took an alternate route. I got there after 5 O'clock. With a few manipulations everything popped back into place and I was good to go in about 5 minutes. Had a pain free vacation and kept up with my kids. I've been going to Riddle Chiropractic for almost 6 months now and it was one of the best decisions I ever made for my health. Before seeing Riddle, I was experiencing face numbness and chronic back pain. I went into Riddle and they taught me all about chiropractic care and how the spine plays a huge role in health. This type of care takes time to repair, because subluxation to my spinal column had gone on unchecked for years causing aches and pains to my lower back and neck. I have been a patient with Riddle Chiropractic since the Fall of 2009. About 6 months before I started I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands. The Doctor who did the diagnosis told me I should have the surgery to fix the problem. After I started with Riddle Chiropractic the problems started to decrease and within 6 months, without surgery, my carpal tunnel problems were gone. I have arthritis in my neck and lower back which used to give me a lot of pain but through chiropractic adjustments the pain has decreased considerably to where it is no longer a problem. In a matter of 4 months, I've lost 49 pounds. The support from Dr. Riddle and Nicholette in the Pittsford office has been immeasurable. With their help, I've made daily changes that have improved my weight, blood pressure, sleep apnea and cholesterol level. My skin has also improved. I am a patient of Dr. Riddle's. I am 15 years old. I had 3 curves in my spine, and had problems breathing. I was told by orthopedic doctor's I would need extensive surgery.
