From the moment we arrived at the hotel, he was constantly making sure we were taking care of. He gave us the best recommendations--our favorites from our stay--and spent time when we were away to make extensive lists, recommendations, and directions for us. He is the definition of amazing customer service. No questions went unanswered with him. He truly went above and beyond. Sasanta, one of the other staff members was also great. They're all super friendly and personable. We loved our stay here, and the Latin Quarter is a great location!

We booked two rooms for the four of us, and had plenty of space. Like, normal hotel space. I wasn't doing a gymnastics routine in there or anything, but I felt like we could move around and not constantly be in each other's way. The rate we chose had breakfast included, so we began every morning with baskets of bread, some coffee, fruit, and yogurt. After that, we were loaded up on carbs and caffeine and ready to venture out. We loved the location of the hotel. Several Metro and bus stops close. Restaurants and cafes all over the place. A laundromat a 1-minute walk away (which was good because I only let everyone bring one backpack). It wasn't near any tourist hotspots, so it was quiet and the neighborhood had a nice, laid-back vibe. They have a concierge on-duty 24 hours a day, so there's always someone to welcome you back and offer any assistance you may need. The staff was exceedingly helpful and polite. In the afternoon you can help yourself to coffee, tea, and some packaged biscuits (that my children helped themselves to many times). There's a nice sitting room where you can sit and talk. Or be on your phones if you're pre-teen and angsty about spending so much time with your family. Overall, great place. I'll stay there again when we return to Paris.

We didnt have breakfast included, so we skipped that aspect of the hotel during the morning, but the rooms were amazing and cozy, and the beds were perfect and comfortable. As the hotel is built along a street, you can see how it bends along the street aswell, which was very cool! On arrival I thought this would be a typical Franch brasserie, cozily decorated with friendly waiters. It turned out to be a tapas place, which I'm not a big fan of. They have set menus as well as a la carte. The set menus are prepared for the whole table and in our case contained a variety of dishes including meat, fish and asparagus. There was one main course in the menu, and we had the choice between duck breast of fish. But boy this was good food, very interesting creations (chocolate samosas, deep fried asparagus etc.) and loads of it as well. Accompanied by nice wines, this was one of the best meals I had in Paris. Absolutely recommend this to everyone. The bill came to an acceptable 230 Euros, for 4 that is including 2 bottles of wine.

We made reservations for 8pm for their prix fixe menu (a special menu for NYE, about €68 pp). When we arrived, we were greeted and quickly seated to a table decorated perfectly for the holiday: with party hats and horns! We got some wine and the amuse bouches was served very quickly after that: one crostini with a salmon spread and caviar, and some other type of delightful savory pastry. The came the huge TOWER of appetizers! The chef herself, Flora Mikula, came out to greet us and explain each item on the tower. There were oysters, shrimp, an egg appetizer, pumpkin soup, foie gras and so much more! Everything was extremely delicious, and I couldn't believe that there was so much of it. After the tower of amazing apps, we were served scallops over risotto. The scallops were perfectly cooked and the risotto was creamy, light and not over-seasoned. The main course was also delicious and by the time it came around, I could barely stomach half of it! I was so full! Dessert was a series of sweet appetizers: a little chocolate cake, mango ice with fruit salad and two mousse-like apps. All delicious. We loved the place and atmosphere so much, that we loittered drinking more wine and coffee until midnight, when the place erupted into cheers and music. Auberge Flora offers an intimate dining experience, with satisfying food & amazing personality. The service is spot on and I can't wait to visit again on my next trip to Paris!

The location is amazing, walking distance to tons of great cafes, bars, restaurants, and transit stops. The staff were friendly and were able to get our room ready before check-in. The housekeeping was so quick and did a great job cleaning the room every time. The room is definitely on the smaller size, and if you're in a single bed room, expect there to be VERY limited privacy. The sink is right but the bed, and the shower is next to the sink, with only a slightly frosted glass, and then the toilet is next to the shower, separated by a sliding door with a giant hole for the handle, that doesn't lock. Not a big deal for a solo traveller or a couple, but something to keep in mind if traveling with someone you're less comfortable seeing naked lol. My only major complaint was that the AC was busted and no matter what temp we set it to, it was FREEZING. And when I say freezing I mean freezing... like painfully cold. We ended up just turning the fan to the lowest speed and turning it off at night. This helped, but I wish we had better control of the temp. Other than that though, amazing hotel and I would highly recommend.

Lucky for us we had another sum to cover our visits in Paris. The hotel staff is extremely impolite, rude and with, as they love to call the clients, "mauvaise foi" by blocking twice the money for a single room shouting at us that is our fault that the Hotel took the money. The fact when we asked why they took twice money, the answer was "Zhat is your problem". We had being called to our Bank which confirmed that the hotel blocked our money. When we acknowledged them that we will complain, the receptionist asked if that was a treat and did not register it as a complaint. Very bad manners and no customer service. Did not even tried to solve the complaint. Breakfast in bed is a joke, it is bread with croissants for 8 Euros and they bring it to your room as there is no dining room. So for some 0.80 Euro cents worth of breakfast, you are charged with 8 (full) Euros per person. It is far from every single significant for Paris landmark and extremely far from the city centre. Dirty towels, dirty sheets, Noisy, can't rest. AVOID IT !!!!!!
