It felt like the office was trying to keep my accounts at the highest costs they could. How is taking someone off insurance NOT allowing the monthly cost to go down? When I got my refund check, they spelled my name wrong. Even though I'm on the accounts my name was misspelled. Company: insurance costs were ASTRONOMICAL. We switched and State Farm was more than double my new rates. Also, the customer service line and the office give different information. It seems that the main SF customer service allows each rep to do something different. There is 0 consistency. Also, when you ask to speak to the agent, the office manager refuses this. Mind you State Farm never let me know that, I called State Farm and all they could say was sorry. After 5 min of being on hold a recording says "you have been on hold long then 5 min we are hanging up now" So unprofessional...
