I saw a pretty big crowd outside, shockingly mostly Americans. We put our name in and less than 5 mins later we got seated - ahead of people who were there before us. They led us to a sorta corner table, overlooking the kitchen. We got to watch the talented chefs do work all night. The smells coming from the kitchen honestly got me feeling wild thoughts. Like damn. For some reason we all decided to do a la carte. Maybe because it was late. Someone got risotto, I got the pork chop and the other got lamb. After walking a bit we heard about Chef Jeff's place down the road. We called they were happy to take us and Chef Jeff treated us like royalty. What delicious fresh food. Vegan options were a big hit with the vegans in our group. We had the salmon tartare which was spectacular. The arugula salad with truffle was delicious.
