So I wasted cloae to $400 for service paid for not being complete and an unwillingness to rectify their errors in any way. Beware of these predators, they'll do whatever work they feel like charge you for it and let you drive off with a still damaged vehicle. Goodyear, Exhaust Pros, and all the dealerships are all far better options than these snakes. I dont leave bad reviews, but these guys are nothing but thieves.

I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. TLDR: I paid $107 for an oil change I didn't ask for, my issue was unresolved, and they need to get their ears checked because my belt is still singing!

They came with a wrecker, got us settled in their warm vehicle and towed us to their shop. My husband was coaching a chorus in Bismarck on Friday evening and all day Saturday, and we would be coming back through on Sunday. J&L assessed the problem and said they would have it fixed and ready for us on Sunday when we came back through, and they did! They went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road in the frigid cold weather.
