Stopped in this store and wanted to see if the snow chains we had bought for a previous set of tires fit the ones on our Expedition. Even though we had those dreaded California license plates, they were the nicest ever here. Super friendly lady behind the counter who called one of the guys to come check. He easily could've said "nope, too small...Buy more from us!" Not being sure since the sizes were so close, he actually rolled out a new tire, took the time to fit them to the tire and yes, they did work. No need to buy new ones. Such a great experience here. Wish more businesses were so customer friendly and made loyal fans like we remain. It's small town America, but Les Schwab comes thru time after time. Had struts put on by my local store but work done improperly. Next day drove 70 miles to Ford dealer where I got vehicle for contracted oil change. Told me I had an oil leak. I and the Ford dealer spoke to shop where work was done. They said to take it to nearest Les Schwab where they spent three hours without replaced but where it wasn't leaking but not all the way in. Made me sign a waiver and said to go back to the Ford dealer. Went back to Ford who not only fixed it right but worked with Les Schwab so I would be reimbursed for the work they did to fix it right. Never had issues before but feel like neither store worked up to their reputation this time. This caused me stress and lost time waiting for my car to be drivable. Seems like the Ford dealer cared about me as a customer than either Les Schwab did. read more

These guys are incredible! My family and I have been road tripping for the past week, when we started hearing noises and having braking problems. We got there 30 mins before they closed and they stayed over an hour after closing to help us get back on the road safely and affordable. I was driving through Dillon after leaving my parents house in Boulder! Headed back home to California. Thought there was something wrong with the front end of my truck. I called ahead of time before I got there and the guy on the phone was very nice! I believe his name was Paul. He said they were very busy but will be able to sneak us in for a front end inspection to make sure there wasn't anything wrong. When I got there him and another gentleman helped me right away! (Didn't catch his name) they inspected the front end on my truck said everything looked great and in working order! Made it home with no issues. I just want to say thanks for the help and professionalism. Two great guys, and I'm sure the rest of the crew is as good! I would recommend this shop! read more

Driving through Montana and stayed at a hotel in Dillion. Came out to the car in the morning to find that one of the tires was flat. Saw that Les Schwab was one mile away. Called the store to see if they could send someone over to put air in the tire or whether I needed to go through the effort to put the spare on. They were there in less than 10 minutes. Drove over to the store where they found a screw in the tire. They repaired it in less than 15 minutes and we were on the road. Great service! And tire repairs are free at LS, so we are very, very happy customers!!! read more

Limped into Dillon with a flat tire on our pickup camper. I had also rounded the lug nuts getting the flat off. A little concerned about the service I might get given that we had BigO tires. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Got right on it, repaired the tire and replaced the two lug nuts I ruined. Asked for the bill........and they said "no problem, happy to help, no charge"!! Destroyed a tire on an all-wheel drive VW on nearby I-15, limped on the spare donut to Dillon Les Schwab near closing time where manager Timothy noticed our out-of-state plates and made us a priority. They were unable to find 4 appropriate tires and apologized profusely. Then immediately ordered some from Butte for next morning shipment. They helped arrange an overnight location for us, then called before 8am the following morning to report they had received the tires and we were first in line. Ryan was the ultimate in customer service in getting tires on and us on our way - perfect employee, polite, respectful. Awesome experience - the way a business should be run. Thanks! read more

Driving though town on the way home to Utah when our exhaust went out on a Saturday when no other shops were open. The amazing manager and mechanics made time to see us and, even though this is not what they do, spot welded and secured the exhaust so we could get home safely. In small towns you don't have a lot of options, but luckily on the west coast and in the mountain west, you do have Les Schwab. This is the rare location that actually will perform basic car maintenance in addition to tire issues; they set me up with air in my tires, changed my oil, and changed my air filters. We were on our way to Idaho and the two front tires ended up separating. We were in Lima. We had to limp back to Dillon. We pulled into Les Schwab at about 5:15pm. They close at 6pm. We didn't call ahead and had no appointment. The staff treated us with some of the best customer service and respect I have ever received. HIGHLY recommend this Les Schwab to anyone. read more

Today I went at 8:00 to get my tires rotated the wheel bearings on my boat packed. I stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes while one person the other came in and were taken care of. Holy cow, what lifesavers! I initially had a flat in Helena with two nail holes, and the Les Schwab there only patched one of them (huh?). Anyways, the folks here really did a great job reassuring me that they could fix it - I was all set to just buy a new tire and forget it - and they fixed it for free, to boot. My bro had a flat on his Harley. We got a tow to the Les Schwab in Dillon. They called one of their guys on his day off, and he brought his personal motorcycle lift over. Once the wheel was off the bike, we realized that both the tire and tube were shot: something to do with running over dirt, pea gravel and rocks for 16 miles over Bannock Pass. There were no suitable tires or tubes south of Butte, 65 miles away. Dave at Schwab volunteered to ride his Kawasaki to the Harley dealer in Butte to pick up a tire and tube, on his day off. He did so and got us back on the road at no charge. He got a NICE gratuity. Outstanding service! read more

On a roadtrip with a rental car and noticed our tire pressure light come on. We decided to stop here to have them check it out since we still had about 5 hours to go. The service was super fast, very friendly and they ended up finding a small hole that they patched for free!!
