My van had a issue that left me stuck on the side of I-15 south. Called AAA and they had a tow company that I wanted about 4 hours for only for them to cancel. After they canceled they told me Aaron from Turneys repair and towing was on the way. Aaron gave me a call he was on the way and was there in 30 mins. My van was loaded up safely and secured well. Car died 35 miles out from Dillon after hours. I left a message with the office and got a call back shortly thereafter. The driver was on another job at the moment but he called me also to verify location and he arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Also followed up after initial calls with AAA and the driver worked that out well also. We dropped the car off at the dealership and then the driver was nice enough to drop me off at my intended original destination In Dillon. Very happy with the owner and the Driver. Car broke down 5 miles outside of Dillon. I called Turney and they said they be right out. 4 hours and multiple calls. They never showed. Fortunately, someone offered to give me and my family a ride back to town. Eventually, they towed my car. Same nonsense when I went to pick the car up. Nobody at the office - right in the middle of their posted business hours. 3 hours, multiple calls, and some of the most rude people I've encountered, I got my car. I hope nobody finds themselves in a situation where Turney is their only hope. Awful company with terrible customer service. read more

My husband and I broke down just as we entered MT in a site with no cell service. After a couple hours, a kind bicyclist called for help. Trevor came to the rescue! He put our truck on the flatbed, hitched up the trailer and took us to Dillon. Trevor went above and beyond his duty by finding us a place to park the trailer while the truck was being repaired. He and his wife even offered to drive us into town if we needed supplies or laundry services! Was stuck and called my AAA. AAA dispatched Keith, in Butte, and he never did respond to the location to help and he instead called the Butte-SilverBow dispatch and had a Deputy dispatched instead to bring my daughter back to Butte and leave her car stuck. We had to find our own arrangements the next day to get the vehicle unstuck and back to Butte. AAA did their job in getting help, not sure why Turney employee decided he didn't have to do his part and used the 911 system instead! read more

No need to write a book on my personal experience with this outfit, professional, they are NOT! 45 miles south of Dillon, spotty phone reception and a 20 foot loaded trailer with a blown out wheel bearing. I thought for sure I was spending the weekend in Dillon and I had no idea how my trailer was going to make it home from the NB 15 freeway in Lima Mt. I spoke to Toree from Turney and she was out of town but started making some calls on a Saturday afternoon. Griz from Turney Towing arrived about an hour later and I don't know how he did it, but he got my trailer on his tow truck and back to the Turney Repair Shop while keeping his cool during the difficult tow. Griz and Mick got to work and an hour and a half later they had the bearing repaired and got me and my son back on the road. They were all amazing. I am so thankful for their professional and amazing service. My family is grateful. I highly recommend this repair shop. read more

My daughter and I were on our last leg of a year long journey of driving across the country, our last leg would have us drive from Boise Idaho to Boston, Ma. We were excited to see the upper half of the the United States and Montana in particular. We were 10 miles outside of Bannock when our Jeep decided it wanted to rest. If you ever have the unfortunate occurrence of breaking down in Bannock, first be thankful that you are have a beautiful state to look out your window while you await for help, and secondly hope you have a signal available to get that help. Well we had a wonderful view to look at unfortunately we did not have a signal at all to ask for help. We were fortunate in having a sheriff drive by and find us...he was able to request help for us and that came in the name of Brandon owner of Turney Repair and Towing. Brandon was able to get our Jeep going but immediately we knew that while it was drive able something was not right so we followed him back to his garage in Dillion about 30 minutes away. Here it was 6pm at night when he should be home with his family but instead he took the time and expertise to examine our Jeep and chase the problem, and chase he did, diagnostically he was able to pin point the issue, an electrical problem with the door system that triggered the gearbox module. But such a repair could only be taken care of at a Jeep dealership and the closest one for us was in Bozeman which was a 100 miles away, so here we were 7pm at night and Brandon, called in Chris his assistant to tow us to Bozeman that very night and then take us to a hotel, Chris a 19 old man who was equally kind and generous with his time sharing stories about the famous ghost of Dillion and the local old orphanage that is still haunted. At any time Brandon could have stepped back and said not my problem but he didn't, he was a gentleman of the highest degree. We don't ask for misfortune to happen to us, that is just part of life, but it is the people you come across during that period that leave the greatest impact on you. People like the sheriff who stopped to help (I wish I had gotten his name) and people like Brandon and Chris that replenish your faith in the goodness and kindness of those who were once strangers but who are forever known as those angels among us. The last bit of advice I would part with all those reading this...invest in a Triple AAA membership at the Plus level it is one piece of insurance that truly comes in when you need it. read more
