Not being sure since the sizes were so close, he actually rolled out a new tire, took the time to fit them to the tire and yes, they did work. No need to buy new ones. Such a great experience here. Wish more businesses were so customer friendly and made loyal fans like we remain. It's small town America, but Les Schwab comes thru time after time. I think there was a combination of elements creating chaos at the shop today-- a difficult vehicle ahead of me, training going on, etc. It came down to ONE person not listening to what I was asking; she just walked away and told me they wouldn't service the vehicle. Cooler heads prevailed and the others at the shop treated me better, you know, with recognition that I was the customer. Perhaps she just needs some training in customer service. Told I had a nail hole, yes I…read morewanted it fixed, broke the bolt on one of the tire and didn't have a replacement for it so I had to leave it. ( Friday so they couldn't do till Monday) I was going out of town so gave them toll Tuesday. Called Tuesday and was told it was done, payed for rotation and balance and tire patch and went to my car. Same place it was parked, got in and a nut sitting on my console. Went and asked one of the tire guys what it was for and was told they hadn't worked on it yet. Had to go to work so picked up after hours. I live 16 miles out of town and had to pull over half way thinking I had a flat it shimmered so bad. Called and brought it back. Was told they did what they could but it was my tires where bad and there where 4 nail holes not 1??? Shimmered on back home. Took to a place in Sheridan where I was told the balancing was way off and mud packed behind the wheels. Fixed and driving shimmy free since.
