When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it'll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I've NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly. Six months later, both my front tires are completely bald on the inside because the alignment was way off from day one. truck pulled to the right slightly and got aggressively worse overtime. I've been going to this location for ~10 years, but it's now a clown show…read more The long time technician I dealt with has always been good, but now, the new management forces a "safety check" on all vehicles, even when I went in for a simple slow leak repair, and I had to tell them to stop the unasked for check, and not do a rotation. The tech told me the tire was unrepairable, and though it was nearly new, management said there was no road hazard warranty to prorate for a new time. No road hazard warranty? I tried to contact Point S, but the website has no corporate phone number, and the email form doesn't work. I'm going to find a new shop to buy tires.
