Now under Gill Point S Tires, the set I bought didn't even last me six months -- and here's why: They sold me new tires in February 2025, never checked the alignment, just assumed it was fine, and sent me down the road. Six months later, both my front tires are completely bald on the inside because the alignment was way off from day one. truck pulled to the right slightly and got aggressively worse overtime. I called today expecting they'd own it... nope. Just a casual "you can bring it in" like it was no big deal. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Here's the reality: * Old owners did it right. These guys cut corners. * Tires that should last years didn't even last half a year. * Their negligence cost me another set of tires -- and they act like it's my problem. The tech told me the tire was unrepairable, and though it was nearly new, management said there was no road hazard warranty to prorate for a new time. No road hazard warranty? I tried to contact Point S, but the website has no corporate phone number, and the email form doesn't work. I'm going to find a new shop to buy tires.

Worked on my tire while I watched and even conversed. He made my experience the best. While watching Kris work on my truck, I asked if I could come in and he said I could. Tyler came out when my tire was almost done and in a creepy way asked me to come inside and that I couldn't be in the shop. He was thrown off when I said I'll stand outside the shop and told me "I'd love for you to come into the lobby." I had my dogs in the truck and didn't want them barking at anyone so I stood outside. So I told Tyler no and I'll stay here. Over all great expierence and got my repair free. I'll come buy tires from them for sure when I need them. Couldn't see the guy who gave me the offer on my tires but he was great as well. I did have some scuffing on my rim but not sure how it could have happened but it was way too clean to be old. I mentioned to him that it was Veterans day and that I was checking to see if they were open before sending my daughter down to get a tire fixed. He hung up laughing at me. Emily quoted me $3,930 to repair a small dent on the side. We took it to two body shops and each quoted half that amount. Emily then passed me along to Brandon since she was about to take some time off. My last conversation with Emily was to compare the amount of money I'd need to borrow, plus my vehicle's trade in value, versus City Toyota's estimate. Theirs was $22,395 plus my truck. Mine was $19,895 plus my truck. When I met with Brandon today, I said I'd like to try and meet somewhere in the middle. He went back to the man behind the curtain who said, "our best offer, which I will not negotiate, is your truck plus $22,800" or something similar. Then they tried to argue that the "pulse brake light system" (which I don't want) was installed adds $500 to the price (which Emily never mentioned). I spent an hour and a half with Brandon, missed work and was made to feel like the victim of a major bait and switch. Thanks City Motors!

After about 30 minutes they called and told me my tire was toast and asked if I had a spare, I told them I wasn't sure because I've never had to worry about it. Frank told me he'd look and let me know. About another 30 minutes and they called me to tell me they had the spare on and I was good to go. When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it'll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I've NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly. If you have tire issues, this is the only place you should ever go! I'd give them 50 stars if I could!
