They were all pretty similar in price but I felt like the other shops didn't care one way or another about earning a new customer. Having a Sprinter camper van, many other places haven't been able to accommodate the height and weight of the van. However 10 days later they called her back and told her that they had done a check and her struts were leaking. First I want to know why they didn't tell her the day of service. The other problem is it had been serviced less than an hour prior to fixing the tires by another place that did an over all check and never mentioned a problem in the struts. She went and had them checked over at another place and there is no problem. Get a second opinion even on your cars. Sounds like a company taking advantage of an older lady who trusted her mechanic, but not anymore. Beware of scammers in our own neighborhood.

Horrific experience for my sister. She took her van to get her oil change and they broke her tire…read morerod. Then they said that they had no responsibility. HOW DID SHE DRIVE THE CAR TO THE SHOP WITH A BROKEN TIe ROD YOU MORONS. Own it and do the right thing you joke of corporation. There is zero percent chance that the tie rod was broken before she got there. Afterwards, one tire was facing one direction, the other front tire was facing another direction... how did she manage to drive it there like that. AVOID AT ALLLLLL COSTS. Police report was filed.
