Really helped me out in a tough spot. I had to replace 2 tires on my pickup on short notice before driving home. Called around to some other tire shops in town and either a) they weren't going to be able to fit me in on short notice, b) they didn't have the tires I needed in stock, or c) they didn't have any locations where I live so I wouldn't be able to get service on the tire if I needed to. And then we went to Les Schwab. Not only were they able to meet all three of the above criteria, they were also incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They offered me a couple of different options for tires (and again, most other places we called didn't even have AN option in stock) and we were able to find an option that fit in my budget. They had the tires on in very little time. And I should have been ready to go. The only hiccup was that me asking for an alignment check somehow got lost in translation, and then when I returned to pick it up I had to wait another hour and a half to pick it up. All in all though, great experience. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I contacted the Les Schwab Tire Center on Blue Lakes Blvd and asked about the cost to replace my front shocks on my 92 Pathfinder. The person who answered without my asking proceeded to tell me the cost of all the shocks being replaced and an alignment. When I stopped the person and asked if I had to have an alignment, they proceeded to tell me it was required. In my case at hand I know that many things need replaced on my Pathfinder. But I wanted to do it one piece at a time to help defray the cost. This policy of theirs if the sales person stated it correctly deprives me of doing my repairs over time even if the new repairs might not last as long as intended do to other problems influencing the longevity of the new repair. read more

Traveling through Idaho on a road trip, my tire indicator light came on. Not wanting to take any chances, I drove it to this location hoping not to get screwed over. (As a female with little car maintenance knowledge this is a regular fear) I walked in, noticed the clean and organized office. The lady behind the desk greeted me with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there, she asked me for my keys and told me to take a seat. As I was waiting, I was going over the worst case scenarios in my head... Will I need to cut my trip short? Will I need new tires? What will this cost me? After waiting about 20 mins, this young man explained that there was a nail in one of my tires and they removed and patched it up. I was so relieved! Then I asked: 'So, what do I owe?" (I mean they took time and expertise in what they did) He replied; "Nope! You are good to go!" What?!? Unheard of! I wanted to hug him, I was so relieved. Lol . We arrived within 5 minutes of closing time in need for an emergency flat tire fix. Some people would complain about having to work extra right before closing, which is understandable, but they didn't at all & happily helped us! Dropped my truck off this morning at 9 amto get a alignment done and was informed that the do have all the parts in stock and was informed that it was going to be done around 2 or 3 PM. Called around 115 to check on the status of my truck and they haven't even started it yet. I would highly recommend Les Schwab on Pole Line Road in Twin Falls, Idaho to anyone needing tires or a battery. I had to have a battery replaced that was located under the driver seat and it was difficult to say the least. They finished the work in short time, checked the tires and I left feeling safe and secure in my vehicle. They customer service and actual automotive service were the best I have ever seen at a auto service location. The price was very fair and the warranty was excellent. This is the first Yelp review I've written and I'm writing it because of the incredible experience we just had here. My husband, I and our 2 year old daughter were only 1 hr into a 15 hr road trip when we discovered that we had a nail in our rear tire. It was 4:30pm on a Saturday. We wouldn't make it to Les Schwab before they closed at 5. The manager personally stayed late to make sure we didn't have to traverse the Nevada desert with a leaky tire. We arrived at 5:30, they had our car up in 5 minutes and us back on the road 20 min later! Truly exceptional customer service. I purchased a new ATV trailer to take my ATV'S and my son hunting in Clearwater County close to Orofino, Idaho. It had a lower rated pair of 13" tires than I felt safe with for interstate driving so, I went to Les Schwab to get the best tires for my requirements. The salesman guaranteed me the tires were a radial steel belted 8 ply tire that had a high speed rate of 81mph and a weight load of over 1400lbs per tire. I experienced a blowout 22 miles from Orofino, thinking I must have got a faulty tire. I went into the Les Schwab store in Orofino for a replacement tire and was told I would need the receipt so, figuring I needed a new matching spare, purchased another one. On my way home, I had one tire blowout at Mt Home and another at the Hammett off ramp. I needed a wrecker service to bring me another spare to limp home on. I never drove over 70mph and most driving was under 50mph due to heavy snowfall. When I took the blowout tires into Les Schwab the next day I find that they didn't mount the tires I thought I bought but a cheap polyester tire instead. I would never do business again with such a crooked outfit that also disregarded the safety of me and my son. read more

We stopped in Twin Falls to get it fixed and I was bummed the whole night before thinking it would take all day. They fixed our tire and did a trip test for us, for free, in under an hour. I'm a Les Schwab guy. I like their customer service and their product. So I was really disappointed today when I brought my SUV in to get one of the brand new tires repaired that has been leaking since I bought them a month ago. Usually, filling up a tire and checking it is a few minute job. After 30 minutes my car had not moved. If Les Schwab's bread and butter is customer service...they super failed with me today. Standing behind their product and knowing that as a company one of their tires has malfunction should be reason enough to make it right quickly after dropping over $1,000. I'm hoping to have better luck in Jerome or on Blue Lakes...very disappointed with this location's service. read more

I was greatly disappointed by Jeff at Les Schwab on pole line road in Twin Falls. I had just returned from a trip to Seattle and realized my tires I had purchased at Les Schwab were pass needing to be rotated. The female clerk said they will check your brakes while they are there. I said okay. Well about 15 minutes later my name was called and Jeff told me all of my struts on my 5 year old Toyota "all 4 of your struts are blown. " Well being puzzled I agreed for a free estimate for 800 plus dollars to fix. Well I took the estimate and headed to Wills Toyota to Kevin who runs the service department. Well , while my car was in the air Kevin showed me my struts. Well the front had a normal amount on top of cap. And the rear struts were DRY!! I almost spend money I did not have or need to spend. How can Les Schwab look you in the eye and LIE to u. Thank you Wills Toyota for showing me and being HONEST with customers. read more
