This place almost feels like a scam. I came in to get my brake pads replaced and was originally quoted $400-$600. After the brake inspection, the quote suddenly changed to $500-$700, claiming they needed to resurface the rotors -- and that this price was only for the rear brakes. Julio and Luis were the representatives helping me, and throughout the process the pricing kept changing with no clear explanation. They also told me the front brakes would cost around $900, even though I made it very clear I only wanted the rear brake pads replaced. In the end, I was charged $850 just for the rear brakes, which is way above the original quote and completely unreasonable. The lack of transparency and constant upcharging made the whole experience feel misleading and like I was being taken advantage of. I won't be coming back, and I'd recommend others be very cautious before agreeing to anything here read more

This place is a joke I was making monthly payments on my account paying the minimum of $75 and Jose the "manager " charged my card $750 not $75 and I understand accidents happen but the way they handle the situation no customer service a half fast apology not even an attempt to make things right I had to wait almost a week before I was reimbursed and the least they could have done was cover the fee for that month but nope nothing and the woman at the front desk Ida I believe is her name was tasked with calling me after because I did not want to speak with Jose anymore after his mistake and half fast apology and was no better she had the worst attitude ever just very rude , Carlos was the only other person I've come across here and he definitely was very helpful unlike the rest. Go to Goodyear or Firestone- My elderly parents went in and were told they needed 4 tires but only one was bald and they requested two in front for alignment. Well that must have upset the person who tried to upsell them and being quoted 1.5 hrs TAT never came to pass. My mother actually was a mechanic and engineer so she saw right through this and they waited 2hrs until they even were ready to pull their car in. They politely left without "service". Beware- customer service is only for the upsell. Unfortunate for a small town resource. read more

They've made me a loyal customer by always being quick, polite, offering complimentary services, and never falling into the talking-down-to-women-about-cars category. Recently I took my husband's truck in to check the tire pressure and refill the tires. I was in and out in 5 minutes with no charge. Today I had my car towed there due to a flat tire and I was in and out in an hour with no charge. I asked about spare tire options because I've driven on my small spare previously. I was ready to pay for a full sized spare today but the manager gave me his recommendation to wait until I need new tires and to buy 5 of the same so they can rotate through all 5 with no limit on driving on the spare because of my all wheel drive. This will obviously be a chunk of change when that time comes but I appreciated his explanation of a better future long-term option rather than the sale he could've made today. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable with free coffee, popcorn, and a tv to watch. I've read that not all Les Schwab locations are created equal and we seem to have the good one here in Reedley. read more

This business has a mobile tire service. I had a flat tire so my husband put on the spare we had. The spare was flat too. Les Schwab mobile service went to my location within minutes and put air in it. Afterwards we drove to the business and as always service was beyond greatness. Reedley is my preferred Les Schwab business because management is on point and workers are efficient and friendly. I will continue to recommend this business to friends and family! I first went to the Les Schwab in Selma, where I live. I was so disappointed in their customer service and with their management I called the Reedley office and drove the extra 20min. When I walked into the Reedley Les Schwab and asked if they had a veteran discount Bob the manager reached out his hand to shake mine and to thank me for my service. Bob's management skills are exceptional. His customer service and positive attitude reflect on all the staff at this location. When I was stressed out, Bob's 'can do' attitude and good vibes, mellowed me right out. Not only that but it's apparent how knowledgeable, honorable, and trustworthy he is as well. I dealt a little with the assistant manager, Carlos and he is awesome as well. Selma Les Schwab lost my service but luckily the Reedley location is operating correctly and Les Schwab didn't loose me completely. Shout out to Bob he's my lucky charm. read more

This will be a lengthy review, but I would like to get my story across to the hardworking staff at this establishment so they could potentially fix their mistakes and do better. To start off, me, my family, and our farming company have been going to this Les Schwab ever since they opened here in Reedley, and nobody has ever had a bad experience, only good. The customer service is impeccable at this location, and their staff is very hardworking and professional. They are rather expensive compared to what other shops can do, but hey, its what you pay for good work, so I've never minded. However my feelings changed after I took my girlfriend's 2012 Impala here. We had just purchased the car with around 120k miles, and I wanted to get it aligned, so as usual, I took it here. They soon called be back saying that not only were the Tires' wires showing, but I needed to change the Tie Rods and the Wheel Bearings to even Align the car. I paid around $500 for all new tires. However, the quote for the Wheel Bearings, Tie Rods, and Alignment was very expensive (I don't remember properly, but I think around $1,500). Instead, I went to another shop around town to get the Wheel Bearings taken care of. I had no issues after this job. Problems arose when I decided to have Les Schwab change the Tie Rods. It was pricey, but I was leaving on a trip soon so I wanted it done quick and easy. After just 2 days of getting the Tie Rods replaced, the Power Steering in the car started to act finnicky. I thought maybe the car needed to break in the parts or something, so I wasn't too worried. The next day (when I had to leave) the Power Steering completely went out, and I was pretty frustrated as I couldn't use the car. When I returned, I took it back to Les Schwab who inspected the car, stating the Tie Rods don't effect the Power Steering, and told me the Power Steering Pump was apparently 'covered in power steering fluid' and was most likely the cause for my issue. They said it could be around $500, so I took it to another place to get the pump replaced. Even at this other shop, the mechanic there said that the pump probably wasn't the issue, but I already bought the part so I had it replaced anyway. Even after the Pump was replaced, the Power Steering was still not functional. Their 'inspection' of my Pump was most likely an excuse, because it clearly wasn't the issue. I angrily took the car back to Les Schwab; I was getting very tired of the constant repairs and still having a broken car. Amazingly enough, a mechanic at Les Schwab called and told me that it could still be the Power Steering Pump because 'other shops could've installed it incorrectly'. Les Schwab still refused to fix the car for free, stating that what they did couldn't have effected Power Steering. This blame game was inexcusable, especially after all the money I was spending, and my father eventually went in and talked to them. Les Schwab eventually fixed the car, and ended up replacing the entire Rack and Pinion (which was almost brand new per past service log, so I don't know what they could've done to it). Les Schwab did this almost for free, and I was pretty grateful. Unfortunately, it did not end there. 1 day after the Rack and Pinion service, the ABS and Traction Control lights came on. I was definitely not going back. I soon took the car back to the other mechanic shop. It turned out that the sensor cord to the Brakes and the Wheel Bearing to one of the wheels was just hanging there, completely ripped off. The mechanic stated that whoever worked on it last (Les Schwab) most likely didn't secure the wire, and it must've snagged on something while driving. I had to have another Wheel Bearing replaced, along with brake wiring, which again set me back hundreds of dollars more. Finally, after spending more than $2,000 (on car maybe worth $6,000), the car is finally fixed and works fine. To summarize, it is incredibly frustrating that this location, which I've trusted for many years, failed on me miserably. Not only did they damage the car more in the repairs (twice), they also tried to blame it on other sources or negate their own responsibility. I am giving 2 stars because they did replace the Rack and Pinion for free, which is generous, but still left a chord hanging and caused me to spend even more to fix their negligence. Just because its free, doesn't mean they have to do a good job, and it showed in my case. Sadly to say I will not be back at Les Schwab for a while. read more

Les Schwab went above and beyond. I had a wire in my tire and they didn't have my tire in stock. I had to get to a meeting, so they put a used tire on and they went and got a tire for my car. They put the new one on later that afternoon after my meeting. I bought my tires there, so they didn't charge me and spent all that time taking care of me. Amazing Service!! read more

I'm never coming here again. I arrived, was greeted and walked inside to the front desk to an older caucasian man, who was very unfriendly. Then he returned a couple minutes later to inform me they couldn't do the service do to my vehicle needed maintenance first, which was not a problem. I asked him what it was that I needed to get done, and he gave me a vague 5 word answer and immediately went to another customer. Great place to get flat tires! Went in yesterday to get a brand new set of tires before I left for San Diego. Spent 1,200 to get home to a flat tire. Upon arrival I was greeted as I pulled into the parking lot. The gentleman was very nice and sufficient when finding out what services I needed.
