During Covid, my battery died and I bought a replacement from Amazon. I pointed it out before my smog check. They had to know that it would fail the check (dead battery), but they still charged me for the smog check. read more

My battery died during covid, and they charged me for a smog test that they did not do. They pulled a code that Autozone would do for free, and charged me anyway. I will never go back to this place. After driving home, the code I could not see went away, and a legitimate smog test explained where my money went. read more

Amazing service! I was on my way in to take my daughter to school and then to work in Fresno and I noticed my tire was quickly losing air. Wasn't sure where to go I remembered hearing great things about Lee's Service. Slowly drove in and was met with kindness from the beginning. Don't go to this place. When you call on the phone they give you a price and when you go to the shop they charge more. They had to replace a tire sensor. My son took the car and they charged him more than what they had told me on the phone. They took advantage of my son! Not fair! read more

Let me start by saying my family has been taking our cars here for as long as I can remember. There's a reason this place has "service" in their name. Everyone who works here is honest and customer-service oriented. You will never feel like you're being weaseled out of your hard-earned money here. These mechanics know what they're talking about and won't suggest something just to make money off of you (even if it's thr first time you're in the shop). If you need something, they'll tell you and if it's a repair that can wait, they'll be honest. There have been instances when i brought my car in on an emergency (ate a curb, ran over a rock) and the guys have been nice enough to put my car up and fix the issue for free! Not sure why Yelp states that it's a tire shop, it's a full service auto shop. read more

Wow! I arrived at 7:40 am, and was told that I needed to book an appointment. However, when I explained that I had an hour to get one done, the guy was accommodating and was actually working on my car within minutes! Impressive! These guys saved my life today! I got a flat tire right before heading back to LA! I called Bill and he sent out a driver to me to put on the spare and drive my car back to the shop. Bill also arranged to get special tires for my E350 from Fresno (sent his driver to pick them up) and had my car ready in two hours! after doing an inspection, noticed that all tires were bad and needed to be replaced. Crappy day but glad everything went smoothly! Whew! will be back again if I need anything done on my car! read more

People who live in your community and care about their reputation. People who spend their money here as well. Big chains don't have the same heart as a local business. read more

So I've always went for oil changes and to purchase tires. I had an oil change appointment today and was running late and when I got there the guys weren't doing anything and said it would take an hour, so they couldn't do it because they were going to close and I know it doesn't take that long because other days I've gone it's been busy and they've finished earlier. They were just being lazy. So I as a loyal client I thought they would do it. So now they lost a client and will take my service else where. read more
