My tire was blown on the freeway. Me and my husband put on a little spare tire and drive 12 miles to get to American tire depot at closing time. As soon as we got there Jose the assistant manager greeted us and was able to get us on the road again in as little as 30 minutes . He was professional and courteous. I was super stressed about missing my mother-in-law's birthday party due to getting my tires replaced and the crew here did a a great job getting me in and out as quickly as possible. The tire blew on my trailer and I called these guys right before they closed. They helped me out with my tire situation extremely quickly and charged a very reasonable price. They even offered my wife and I cold water since it was 100+ degrees outside. Could not have been happier with the quality of service. The general manager is equally unhelpful so don't expect any improve up the chain of command. Take your money elsewhere and do not even listen to what their snake like tongues have to say.
