I was sent one, but it was the wrong size & color and they expect me to send it to them ON MY DIME, when it was their parts guys mistake for ordering the wrong one. I asked for a mailing label to ship it back, but they won't send me one or call me back! My mud flap came off and I had to have another dealership replace it (because I live in Fargo, ND) and was told they would send me a $50 check as soon as I submitted the receipt, well needless to say that's been over a year now and I've been working with Jerry Barns himself. Left him 2 voicemails and he won't even return my call. If that's how I'm treated after purchasing a 75,000 car, can't imagine how you'll be treated for buying anything less?!? I suggest going elsewhere if you want GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, cause you won't get it from Jerry's!!! #jerrysisanightmareexperience

    I took my car to Jerry's in Vermillion to get it repaired. Malibu's are known for having the heat…read moreblender fail. There are several YouTube videos showing this issue. I explained the situation to the service department and was told "Oh we see this all the time". So they start tearing into my car. Three days later I get the call that it's not the blender, they need to replace the heater core. Why? My car blows perfectly good hot air on the passenger side, just not the drivers side. It's never leaked, never had any other signs it's the heater core. Fine replace it. Turns out it's not the heater core after all, still blowing cold air. Now they want to rip my dash apart to find the problem in the dash. Husband calls and asks why did they not test the core before they replaced it? Now we have to pay for a core we didn't need. So on top of the $350 for core and labor they want $2 grand to just find the problem. They agreed to drop the labor on the core since we didn't need that. When I decided to take the car back without them ripping into my dash they renigged on the drop of the labor cost. They tacked on a $200 diagnostic fee as well. They were rude and disrespectful to me. Told husband if he was, and I quote "are so dam smart why didn't you fix it yourself?" Nice customer service Jerry's! Currently my car is at another shop, now leaking antifreeze and shows absolutely no signs of being touched by anyone in the motor area. Not only was Jerry's trying to take advantage of me, they were rude, didn't fix the problem, over charged for parts I did not need, and broke other parts to cause antifreeze leaks. I would recommend never taking your vehicle there for service. I would not recommend even purchasing a car there as I was told when I picked it up to just "trade it in, we take all sorts of pieces of crap." Their service manager was never in to discuss this issue, they took all day to return my calls, and were complete jerks when they did call. I will NEVER do business with any Jerry's Auto ever again.
