Ford Roadside Assistance would only refer us to Vermillion Ford for assistance with charging. When calling to make arrangements for service/re-charge, I was directed to the service manager. He was unfriendly to the point of being hostile. He claimed that there was absolutely no possibility of using their EV charging station until a full 5 days later, that they would not allow us to plug into110v trickle outlet to get the vehicle enough juice to get to a charging station that was less than 1/2 mile away because "all of their stalls were full", and when asked if he had any other suggestions responded with a flat "NO." I can't imagine why a dealership would put someone like this in a position that requires dealing with customers - especially customers needing service assistance with their vehicles. Say what you will about EVs...but Ford sells them and no one should have to deal with the level of contempt that I experienced during my phone call.

They were stuck open and as he tried to figure out what was wrong, the stuck open injectors {that he was told to replace} filled the cylinders with gas and blew up the engine. He then changed the oil, PUT ON THE NEW INJECTORS, PUT IN NEW SPARK PLUGS, thinking this might fix what he had already broken..?? I get a call that the engine blew up and I owe them $700 dollars for work done

REALTRUCK.COM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more Let me be clear. Truxedo (Gator tonneau covers) are the manufacturers of this cover WHICH is sold to a 3rd party Realtruck.com. I bought the SR1 Gator cover (2nd truck I bought it for) and after it was delivered I had come to find it was missing the installation parts. Well a few things here, if you buy from Realtruck.com and your missing parts they are not the manufacturers of the Gator cover so you then have to go thru the hassle of emailing Truxedo,they make the cover and gather a serial number off the part, find the invoice, and send it into Truxedo and they will then send the part. UPDATE: The issue with Truxedo has been resolved. Kris the customer service manager was a true professional and took care of my needs and overnighted my missing parts. Please close this complaint. I would truly do business again with Truxedo. Realtruck.com had done nothing to assist in this matter.

But I have had an ongoing issue with a sensor light coming on and have had it at the dealership 3 times for the same issue and their last solution was to replace the battery and reprogram it. Well, picked my car up Friday at 5:30 pm when my appointment was at 1 pm. With my app for my car I could tell they did not start working on it until 4:30 pm. I parked it in the garage that night and I do not lock it in my garage. Saturday morning I went to the store and found I was unable to lock my car. I could not lock it from the handle sensor or the fob. Called the dealership at 12:15 pm when I got home to report this and I was basically told too bad you have to wait until Monday for service to reopen. Mind you, they closed at noon. I was 15 minutes past. No offer to call someone to come in or anything. They created the issue with my car they should have fixed it that day. I ended up calling their sister business Jensen SUBARU and talked with a very nice man who offered me a loaner car for the weekend until mine could be looked at. Jensen Volkswagen - do better!!
