We had 18 miles to the next town, and luckily we had flat rides, and we made an hour before close and they had us fixed up in a jiffy. Not even 30 minutes later, we were back on the road. Brought in a pickup for two new front tires. Walked around the vehicle with the tech before they…read moreserviced it, and he pointed out no issues. When I got it back, a lug nut was missing from the driver's side and another one was missing from the passenger side. The passenger side stud was stripped. The tech didn't tell me about the missing driver side lug nut, I found that out on my own after I got home. He told me that there wasn't one on the passenger side to begin with, and that the stud was already stripped and they couldn't get one back on. When I complained to the owner, he started with saying that he would make it right. But then he changed his mind. He admitted that his tech told him that they had stripped the wheel stud, but then he said, "that happens all the time, it's not our fault." An absolute joke of a business.
