Representative told me it was too late to make the change even though premium is not due till tomorrow. He further told me that if the payment bounces, I will be charged $20.00 more. The quality of customer service is horrific, the only person who seems to know what they're doing or care about your business in the whole building would have to be the manager, Cassy Green. Not to say that Allstate is a bad insurance company but this facilities choice of employees is not good. They are short, uninterested in the concerns you have and will not push the documentation through properly. Choose another agency.
